This set is disappointing because of all the blue sockets. There are more Blue than Red and no Yellow sockets. There will be many unused bonuses.

Anyone know what the percentage chance is to proc the 2 set bonus? I read somewhere that it was a 2% chance, but I can't see how that would possibly even be worth getting with a bonus that crappy. As for the other bonus, 5% increased crit chance on SS.... according to recount my SS damage is just over 20% of my full damage, so 5% of 20% is....1%? A 1% increase in damage? Am I missing something here? Anyway, back to the main point, what is the proc chance on the rupture bonus? If it IS 2% then this set is an absolute joke. Let's not forget there are 4 blue sockets! Before the 3.2 patch I could have socketed 3 of those with bright dragon's eye....but now they will just have to be 20 attack power or something crappy. Looks like this set will NOT be a full tier up from tier 8, maybe just a tiny increase in dps, unless there is something I don't know about going on here.

Ok I gotta ask the dumb (and prob obvious question) but I checked the stats, besides name and looks- what is different between this and Conq's Garona's set? It's prob right under my nose, but I have no clue.

The Garona set is the Horde Side version of the Rogue Tier 9/9.5/9.5(Heroic) Each faction has their own version of the gear, but the gear's looks are shared between armor classes (Mail, Leather, Plate, etc.).
