This belt if even better than the Beaststalker's Belt. I would love to have this nice belt. :)

With the new patch, you get 8.67 gold for the quest (if ur 60) and most gold for the belt that is mail.

You forget that hunters aren't the only one to wear mail... THE SHAMANS, like myself, need a mail reward for this quest and blizzard simply didn't make two versions of mail (like they do for the battleground rep rewards). So before you complain that this doesn't have +1% to hit or more agility remember you have to share w/ us shamans.

Makes an acceptable alternative to the Beaststalker Belt but is still infereior to the Warpwood Binding.

I like agility over attack power since agilit also gives more armor and more change of dodging. But then again, I am not a crit-hunter.

warpwood is better because 15 agi = 1% to crit

so warpwood has the equivalent of 29 agi 8) Whooo Hoo!

This is much beter than the Beaststalker's belt! But mind you... I want the full set, but a small change wouldn't hurt. :)

Warpwood Binding:
+230 armor

+60 max hit points

Belt of Shriveled Heads
+252 armor
+22 ranged attack power
+11 melee attack power
+0.21% to crit
+0.42% to dodge
+110 max mana points
+180 hit points
+0.70 mana recovered per second when not casting
+0.39 health recovered per second when out of combat.

So, the Warpwood Binding provides better direct physical damage output via attack power and crit, and the Belt of Shriveled Head provides considerably more endurance via armor, mana, hit points, and regeneration. If you don't have your epics, it would be reasonable to carry both and use the one that fits the current situation best.
