Very Manly Staffe is the best pre-heroic/ilvl 333 staff for shadowpriests, along with Soul Releaser, according to pseudopower weightings taken from shadowpriest.com on Dec 12, 2010.

However, using a staff will prevent you from using the +100int to offhand enchant. Although that enchant is not cheap, it's clearly very powerful at this time.

Somehow this staff on wowhead says it has 478 - 719 Damage, while ingame, my very manly staff has 1291 - 1937 damage...which makes it a VERY manly staff because its a caster weapon with more melee damage than Shadowmourne.

It is Uncommon, and slightly manlier than your average staff or stick.

I got this on my Orc Warrior, just cause it's Manly. A must have for every warrior out there. (Not including Belf males)

cool name for the staff but this by far is the worst looking staff in the game at least thast just my opinion but i might as well learn to love it because its gonna be around for a while, maybe i need to be more manyl

Befitting its name, this is also one of the few caster stave that has melee weapon stats. While Wowhead shows lowered values, the in-game stat (as of 4.1) is as follows:

In fact, it has the same swing speed and DPS as the 2-handed sword from here, the Oversized Oblique Ogre Obliterator.
