This robe is the closest in coloration (of the similar models) to Novice's Robe, the Night Elf Druid starter robe.

This recolor is the only yellowish-green (chartreuse?) version of the Novice's Robe in the game, if you're looking for something for xmog that will stand out from the crowd. :)

If you want this robe try spawn camping https://www.wowhead.com/cata/npc=7017#comments because he drops this robe plus he has a 10min respawn timer so kinda short respawn for this elite I would say. Also yes I'm making this comment because dropped for me just a few minutes ago.
