I got Bandit Pants of the monkey with same stats for 1.5g. put a Clefthide. watch out for Bandit monkey because they just as good and sometimes much cheaper

Allthough Bandit Pants with 5 Agi/Stam are practicly as good, They dont match the Blackend Defias Chestpeice So you lose the "ninja" look. =D

Attach the leg armor before you equip these. Us lil' 19's need a level 60+ to attach it, which can not be done once they are equipped to you.

Both Scouting Trousers of the monkey and scouting trousers of the monkey are both the same at least that i have seen, personally i'd rather pick these because they are black and well......rouge shadow yeah you get the picture!

It completely depends on how you play your hunter. If you decide to carry flag you want as much agi and stam as you can, aspect of the monkey glyph, running speed enchant on boots and if somehow possible, attack power too.
But if you decide to go and kill every moving object you can see, you want agi and int, if possible some attack power.

It's best if you spec for flag running (Endurance Training, Improved Aspect of the Monkey and Improved Concussive Shot) and use the aspect of the monkey glyph. That way, you don't have to worry too much about your stamina when you use DPS gear, you can ease up and replace some of your stamina with agi and int, since you have improved Aspect of the Monkey with the glyph (that makes 24% dodge from the aspect itself, and everytime you dodge you gain 30% running speed for 6 seconds.
If we take from my friends twink, he has about 13% dodge without aspect (but he's missing dodge enchant on the cloak, the eluding rings) then if you put up your aspect, you'll be up to 37% dodge.

I calculated today earlier, that if you take all possible dodge items (Dodge ench on cloak, 2x eluding rings and 2x AGMs (the dodge gets changed to stam in next patch for AGM so the dodge goes down 9.46%), you would get about 60% dodge. When you go with 60% dodge and the glyph, you're almost all the time at +30% running speed, and if you're not you're on autom 8% from the boots enchant.

That means, you run away when you get attacked, so not much stamina is needed for killing, and when you carry flag you run away and survive.

As pet you'll want to use a crab, for the immobilize it gives. (4sec + 16dmg)
Other possibilities for pets are:
Bats (2sec stun + ~70dmg)
Owls (6sec disarm + ~100dmg (warrior and rogue killer))
Hyena (~55dmg + 6sec 50% slow)
Ravager (~15dmg + 2sec stun)
Spiders (just 4sec immobilize)

But crab stays as the best, atleast for my opinion.

With this, hunter makes the 19bg best flag carrier and best survivality for DPS class.

I beleive this is the best twink gear at the moment, because since last patch you cannot fish Lucky Fishing Hat and Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin Boots anymore at level 19.

This costs a %^&*load of gold but thats the point of twinking, to be best :p

Last time I checked, adding the scryers thing to a BoE item makes it soulbound... I tried to do it with my 70 rogue about a month ago and it made the white shoulders soulbound. Same thing with the 90 gold item with Cenarion Expedition rep. I bought one to put on my main's helmet but wondered if I could put it on any helmet and sell it to someone and it warned me that putting it on the item would make it soulbound. Don't know if this was a recent change but you can't do it any more... as far as bein able to equip it through a trade window? i havn't tried that yet, maybe that will work.

New 19 twink rogue setup(horde) for recent patch, all fishing items are still available to 19 twinks & they are the only way to go if you wanna be the best...

Lucky Fishing Hat With/ Arcanum- 8Agility or 100Health.

Scout's Medallion

Serpent's Shoulders(remade)

Sentry Cloak With/ Enchant- 12Dodge rating or 3Agility.

Blackened Defias Armor With/ Enchant- 100Health.

Forest Leather Bracers With/ Enchant- 9Stamina.

Gloves Of The Fang(remade) With/ Enchant- 15Agility.

Deviate Scale Belt or Blackened Defias Belt (remade)(good for Crit%)

Scouting Trousers Of The Monkey (5Stamina & 5Agility) With/ Nethercleft Leg Armor 40Stamina & 12Agility.

Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' Boots With/ Enchant- I perfer (Boars Speed) 9Stamina + Minor Run Speed, Dexterity 12Agility, Vitality 12Stamina, or Cats Swiftness 6Agility + Minor Run Speed.

Seal Of Sylvanas dodge rogues would go with two Meadow Ring Of Eluding.

Insignia Of The Horde

Arena Grand Master When i use my Insignia(while on cooldown) I equipt my second AGM for the dodge rating, every little bit helps.

Shadowfang With/ Enchant- 15Agility. I definitly recommend the Shadowfang over a dagger rogue, it's dps is much superior & constant.

15Agility + 15Agility > Lifesteal + 15Agility

Assassin's Blade With/ Enchant- 15Agility. Now, it is known that a rogue using a slower weapon in the main hand has greater dps than a faster weapon, as for the off-hand the faster weapon is superior in dps, however with the increase in attack gained from Cruel Barb u can dish out plenty dps with a slower weapon in off-hand Cruel Barb this dagger works as well Scout's Blade. I have found that the MH/Shadowfang & OH/Assassin's Blade put's out the most dps

Throat Piercers

This setup is a good way to go if you are not going to have various sets (stamina setup,dodge setup,dps,etc.) as it is very well rounded & gives you max benefit's from equipment.

i found 2 pairs of these( of the monkey), and https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=15117/rigid-leggings (Rigid legs of the monkey which have the same stats) each one had a b/o of 50s-1g. boought em and resold for 10g each, hooray for idiots :)

The 5/5 Monkey legs are now the absolute best legs for a hunter/rogue twink. More then twice as good as a Constitutioned Leggings of the Fang because these can be fitted with Clefthide Leg Armor (Clefthide Leg Armor This gives +30 stam and +10 agi to a leg item. It can only be used on a BoE item, as it has to be applied using a lvl 60 and then given to the twink. But you can mail the item, so this is actually easier than getting a libram. The Leg Armor usually costs around 100g, and the pants 2g (If you're lucky enough to find them :P )

I had the 'Of the Monkey' leggings sat on my bank character, checked listing price and put them on AH for 1g 20s... They sold within a minute (and I mean a minute) of me putting them on (on the buyout price) I honestly didn't think they would sell for that much!

I just picked up some Bandit Pants of the Monkey.
17 level requirement, less 2 armor points, but same stats. (+5/+5)

Altought they are nice as well, I'm trading them for Scouting ones.
Scoutings ones go better with the Defias armor. ^^

Another replacement are the Rigid Leggins of the (...)
Same +stats, same armor value, just a different skin.

And in response to Vehem,
You would be better off with Black Leather Pants (+8 agi) if you didn't care about the +stamina the scouting ones give, and they are easily aquired by any leatherworker.

I got a different set of pants for my twnk rogue. I can't remember what they are. But lvl 16 leggings with +6 Agi on them already. I then had attached Clefthide armor to them with my main. So I have leggings for lvl 16 that give me +6 Agi, +30 Stam and +10 Agi. I don't see how these leggings posted here are any better. Mine are just as good. :)
