It's very interesting to note that +5 Block rating from the "...of Blocking" random enchantments grants nearly 18% chance to block for the level required of this shield.

If you're a warrior or even a paladin, consider getting a shield such as this for the lower levels due to its massive damage reduction for its level.

The level 11 warrior I was testing this on had a total of (4.81% dodge), (5.32% parry), and (22.65% block).
