Current information about this NPC:

This NPC is actually phased! You need to finish the quests first before you can buy stuff from her!

Also, it aren't her recipes that are bugged, it's the tooltip that is bugged. 7 of the recipes say you require 425 LW to use them. However, this is supposed to be 525 (confirmed by blue posts), thus you get an "item not found" error. If you have bought them, simply store them in your bank. Once you reach LW level 525, you will be able to learn them no problem. So no wasted leather, you just bought them to soon.

Some recipes are incorrectly marked to require 425 LW, when in fact they require 525 LW. The recipes with the lowest level requirement sold by her are for the PVP items (510 skill)

When facing the entrance of Highbank Keep she is outside to the right. She is standing with another NPC under the center tent surrounded by the other trade vendors.

This is of course only if you have done the introduction quests in Twilight Highlands, as stated by several other people. If you have not she is phased and will not be in this location until you have finished the needed quests.

You have to be lvl 84 in order to view/buy these patterns, as the quest lines needed to phase these NPCs require you to be min 84. sad day for profession alts.

In order to buy from this NPC, you have to be level 84+ because you won't be able to interact or see this NPC until you have completed the quest Aiming High which is part of a long quest chain as noted below:

1.- Hero's Call: Twilight Highlands!
2.- My Son, the Prince

From here, the real quest chain begins:

1.- Twilight Investigation
2.- The Usual Suspects
Peasant Problems
3.- Unholy Cow
He's Holding Out on Us
4.- Expert Opinion

As you arrive to Twilight Highlands you discover that the Horde troops just launched an assault.
Then you are offered the following quests:

1. Burnin' at Both Ends
2. Aiming High

The quest chain continues but Aiming High is the one you need to complete in order for your character to be in the correct phase and see the vendors and NPCs including the Hide and Leather Trader and the Gryphon Master.

I've noticed that almost all the Mail that dosnt use Chaos Orbs are PvP pieces. Is there anywhere else to buy patterns?

Just an FYI, Misty's at 78, 76 standing next to Alexandra Merriweather. Make sure you have lots and lots of Heavy Savage Leather on you if you're wanting to get the patterns from Misty.
