This reputation was added recently along with unique rewards seperate from the Sha'tar faction. The reputation vendor is located at one end of the Lower City of Shattrah. It is possible that gaining rep with Sha'tar also adds rep to Lower City, but I have not yet been able to test this. Note that this is probably completely independent from Scryer or Aldor reputation as those do not seem to be linked to Sha'tar in any way.

They recently made Sethekk Halls in Auchindoun give Lower City Rep. There are quest givers at the entrance to the halls. They are the new Bird type race.

There is a repeatable quest for lower city rep by collecting the feathers off of the birdguys from the various "Veil <x>" camps. The questgiver is in the lowercity northern portion by the alchemey trainer/supplier.

I do not know if/when this rep stops.

A good way to get Lower City Rep from honored if you are Aldor is to do Shadow Lab over and over again cause you not only get Lower City rep for each mob killed but there are Marks or Sargeras and Fel armorment drops throughout the instance.

This should help you get your Auchenai Key a little easier.

Repeatable Reputation Quests:
- The Outcast's Plight - Turn in 30 Arakkoa Feathers (that are not BoP) for 250 rep. This turns into the reapeatable quest "More Feathers" (250 rep per turn-in) that lasts until the end of Friendly.

Reputation points available from quests:
Terokkar Forest - 6,125
Auchindoun - 1,950
Alchemy: Master of Elixirs - 250
Tailoring: Mastery - 150

Instance reputation:
- Sethekk Halls grants 10 reputation per trash kill and (I believe) 100 per boss. This ends at the end of Honored.
- Shabow Labyrinth grants 12 reputation per "normal" trash kill, 24 reputation per "hard" trash kill, and 125 reputation per boss all the way to Exalted.

I got to Revered by 69 by simply doing Sethekk Halls runs until the end of Honored, then dumping all my Lower City quests and doing a few Shadow Labyrinth runs. If you are more time-constrained, try to pick up Arakkoa Feathers and get to Honored that way.

Each run rewards you with approximately 2000 rep. With a decent group in a nice groove, it's 1.5 hr clear meaning approx. 1300 rep/hour plus you're getting Aldor pieces (Marks of Sargeras, Fel Armament), BOE greens, chests and a chance to get some of the BC dungeon set along the way.

If you're in it for rep, be sure not to skip the easy trash pulls in the first room. You're throwing away ~200 rep... and some Ancient Lichen ;-)

You also can get Lower City reputation by running Auchenai Crypts. You get 1 rep for each non elite and 9 for each elite. Not sure how much bosses are worth. I dont know when this ends, probably at the end of honored though.

Just so it is clear for everyone, the reputation vendor is located at the southern end of the Lower City of Shattrah (61,68), his name is Nakodu if you want to look it up.

This would be more of a question rather than comment, please delete or forword to whom it would concern.
Regarding the Rep items, I do see Level and type, is there any way of adding the Required Rep Level Column? as of right now I have to hover my mouse over the items to see what rep level they require.

If you're trying to grind your way to exalted with this faction then let me tell you the easiest way (but also the most boring)

simply get a good 5 man together (don't worry too much about crowd control) kill EVERYTHING (up to and including hellmaw) run out - reset - repeat till exalted.

You get around 700 rep each time doing it this way. a good group can do this clear in a half-hour or so. But the important part is that you can do this VERY easily and not stress yourself out on the room before inciter.

Nice - easy - stress free rep grinding.

As of 3/17/08 I was getting rep in Setthek Halls while Honored, suspect it ends at revered and only Shadow Lab will get you exalted.

So what this doesn't answer here, is what's the easiest/fastest/Etc ways to build Rep? Is there an opposing Faction/Mobs that you can just kill for 1-25 points of rep?

Mobs in the Auchindoun instances, and some heroic dailies. Also you can do the quest "The Outcasts Plight" and then after that it is repeatable to turn in 30 Arakkoa Feathers for +250 rep. No overland mob gives straight on Lower City rep afaik.

There was a lot of confusion in my guild, normal Sethekk halls does not give reputation past honored as of release

This post says that running Sethekk Halls Heroic has the benefits of containing Reins of the Raven Lord. This information is wrong for TBC Classic. You need to have a Druid with the epic flight quest summon Anzu. It wasn't until Patch 4.0.1 that Anzu didn't need a Druid to summon.
