This faction has two major quest hubs. One in Terokkar (Blackwing Landing) and the other in Blade's Edge (Skyguard Outpost).

Blackwing Landing Line:
First quest starts in Shattrath City located next to the flight master (kill 20 ogres). You are then sent to Blackwing Landing. You get Fires Over Skettis(daily repeatable) and World of Shadows. World of Shadows leads to Secrets of the Talonpriests. The next chain starts from a drop from one of the Talonpriests (Ishaal) which is three paperboy quests, then Hazzik's Bargain > A Shabby Disguise > Adversarial Blood(Group).

The Skyguard Outpost hub is available after you complete the Ogri'la quests.
You then get:
Bombing Run > Bomb Them Again!(daily repeatable)
Wrangle Some Aether Rays! > Wrangle More Aether Rays! (daily repeatable)
After Bombing Run and Wrangle some Aether Rays you get To Rule the Skies(Group)

At honored reputation with Sha'tari Skyguard you can take free flights between Blackwind Landing and Skyguard Outpost. No quests are available in Skyguard Outpost until you get to a certain point in the Ogri'la questline.

This project took me and Embrase (server first, grats) a little less than 2 days, of course it was 2 days of doing nothing but eating, sleeping and grinding rep (and 1h work for me :p). Naturally we tried to figure out the most efficient way and I will list most my conclusions and observations. Take nothing here as fact, it's merely what I've gathered.

First of all, if you're not interested in a Nether Ray mount, there's probably no reason to do this. The trinkets suck. However, Nether Rays are much cooler than Netherdrakes. Not bulky, more farmable, less stupid crap annoying the hell out of you such as the Dragonmaw Netherdrake not allowing you to dismount with your mount hotkey. And this grind can be quite rewarding too with lots of nice treats.

I strongly advise you to bring a few friends. You get rep for killing the arakkoa no matter your rep level, and the bulk of your rep will come from this. It's also a big bonus if one of these friends is an enchanter as there will be many points where disenchanting will come in handy (BoP blues). I think I gained 15-20 Large Prismatic Shards over the course of the grind.

Ok, so you want to do this. Where do you start? First go to the flightmaster in Shattrath, next to him there's a NPC which gives you the starter quest for the Sha'tari Skyguard. To complete it, fly to the area immediately northwest of Shattrath and kill 20 ogres. You will get a new quest to bring explosives to the Skyguard camp north of Skettis. Once there you will be presented with 4 quests:
* One to feed a nether ray, just kill Warp Stalkers in Skettis and it'll have a bite. This quest can only be done once. 250 reputation.
* One to collect 6 Shadow Dust from the humanoid arakkoas. This quest is repeatable and not a daily quest. First handin 250 reputation, consecutive 75.
* One to bomb eggs. This is pretty self-explanatory. This is a daily quest. 350 reputation.
* This one is not from the camp, but you will probably find a prisoner on some tree platform. Escort him down for 350 reputation. Daily quest.

Of these quests only one is part of a chain. After having handed in 6 Shadow Dust, the guy next to the NPC will ask you to kill 3 talonpriests. You may have to wait a moment before he will give you this quest as every time someone - including you - hands in the dust quest for the first time, he will kill 2 arakkoa and become unavailable for talking. The first talonpriest is in the northeastern corner of Skettis, on a tree platform. The second is immediately east of the lake, also on a tree platform. The third is a short distance south of the second, in a hut on the ground. The second will drop an item called Ishaal's Almanac which starts the interesting chain here.

Hand in the priest quest for some reputation, then fly back and forth with the Almanac as you're instructed (I think it's Rilaak in Lower City, then back to the camp), in the end the arakkoa prisoner in the camp will have a quest for you. The quest involves summoning four mini-bosses and giving him a drop from each. To summon one, you need 10 Time-Lost Scrolls which only drop off the undead arakkoa (which can only be seen by popping an Elixir of Shadows from the dusts quest). Simply rightclick a skull pile to summon a boss of your choice. The pile will despawn for a short moment but there are plenty scattered around Skettis. Tactics for each are listed in the Skettis Beastiary further down. Note that they only drop one item, and we found it to be the most fair to give the item to whomever used their 10 scrolls. They will also drop blues, some pretty decent ones, unless you have literally picked Karazhan and every heroic clean of gear I'm sure you will find something of interest. They are BoP and since you will be summoning many of these, you do want to bring an enchanter to DE all those blues that you don't want.

Skettis Beastiary
This section will briefly mention the abilities and rewards of each mob you will encounter in Skettis.

Humanoid Arakkoa
All these give 5 reputation per kill no matter your reputation level. They also all have a chance to drop Shadow Dust.
Skettis Soulcaller: Casts Shadowbolt (~900 damage) and Slow.
Skettis Windwalker: Casts Arcane Bolt (~900 damage), Shadow Mend (heals for 5k?), and Cyclone, which is instant, melee-range AoE, stuns but can't be broken (not by Blink or Ice Block), yet you can still take damage in it. Try Mind Controlling one to have fun with this ability more imba than Death Coil. :p
Skettis Talonite: They throw spears and appear to call the yellow birds (Skettis Kaliri) to their aid. In truth they don't seem to be doing this, the birds simply aggro if you fight a humanoid arakkoa in their vincinity.
Skettis Wing Guard: These put a debuff called Gushing Wound, ticks for ~200 physical for ~15 seconds or until you're fully healed. They also enrage at low HP.

Birds
Skettis Kaliri: These aren't hostile but can be killed for ~2.5 reputation. They stop giving reputation when you ding revered. They don't drop any quest/rep items and will aggro if you fight a humanoid arakkoa close to them. They use Swoop (short stun).
Monstrous Kaliri: PURE NUISANCE. These have NO loot and give NO rep. Furthermore they're faster than any flying mount and will attempt to dismount you (daze). If you're grinding on the surface they will rarely be a problem. In the trees they will aggro often and they like to evade. If you aggro one in the air you can fly directly upwards until you reach the "ceiling" and then directly downwards again. They will not attack you but try to gain the same level as you. Do it until they reset. This worked for me with fast flyer at least, even when they put their Hamstring on me. Other than Hamstring, they use Rend and Swoop.

Treants
These give 15 reputation, and although they drop no rep items, they can be herbed for rather impressive results. Note that they are immune to nature spells.

Undead Arakkoa
All these give 5 reputation per kill no matter your reputation level. They also all have a chance to drop Time-Lost Scrolls. You may have to hug some spawns in the trees as they love to evade.
Time-Lost Skettis High Priest: These cast Shadow Word: Pain which ticks for a bit more than 200. They also cast Flash Heal and they're pretty stubborn with it compared to other mobs in general. If you don't have a reliable interrupt these will be an annoyance to kill, and they nearly always have a reaver friend.
Time-Lost Skettis Worshipper: Only found on the surface, these are basic melee mobs that cast Curse of Blood every now and then, increasing physical damage taken by 70-71.
Time-Lost Skettis Reaver: These cleave and enrage at low HP.

Summoned minibosses
These all give 50 reputation, however two of them (Vakkiz and Akkarai) mysteriously cease doing this at revered. They also drop random armor type (or may not be random but you can get all 4 types by killing all 4 of them, perhaps one of them only drops plate etc, didn't check) blue boots, rings, bracers or belts. These are BoP and they will have a three-stat type attribute, such as of the Beast (str/agi/sta). You may find some attractive loot here, and if not, be sure to have an enchanter to get the group a shard. They all also have a drop specific to them which may be chosen instead, and of course they all drop their specific quest item (one per summon). None of them seem to hit particularly hard. They can all be stunned and interrupts work on nearly all of their abilities. With a decently geared/skilled group, 3 players should be enough for any boss except Vakkiz.

Karrog
* Uses Trample for AoE damage in melee range.
* Uses Fixate periodically. This is the worst form of aggro anyone can have. He will pick a random target and stick with it for ~20 seconds. The ONLY way to make him stop is to have the target get out of combat. He will not stop attacking even if you Ice Block... however you will still be immune of course. Don't be scared though, while Fixated he's extremely slow. Even the tank should consider running if he's being Fixated as he hits significantly harder. Fixate makes him immune to Taunt (or he will ignore it) for the duration, not sure about stuns.

Gezzarak the Huntress
* Uses Warp, can be interrupted: Warps to a random player, casts an AoE which does ~1300 arcane damage initially and then pulses for ~400. Does not appear to affect anyone's threat; she will go back to the tank if the tank had aggro before the Warp.
* Uses Warp Armor on a random target, will set its armor to 0 for its short duration.
* Appears to knock back, not sure about details, didn't seem to affect aggro.

Darkscreecher Akkarai (easiest one, we even two manned him once with mage/warrior)
* Casts Frostbolt on his current aggro target, interruptable.
* Casts Shadowbolt Volley, also interruptable.
* Casts Blink, only repositions him, doesn't wipe aggro.
* Casts Curse of Mending on current aggro target, interruptable and decursable.
* Casts Summon Flock, summons ~5 birds that deal minimal damage and die to 1 AE, interruptable only through stun.
* Stops giving reputation once you're revered, presumably a bug.

Vakkiz the Windrager (toughest one)
* The first 50% of his health he will cast Chain Lightning pretty often, it's instant.
* The last 50% he will frequently use an AoE which debuffs you to take more damage from it, will hurt pretty quickly. He'll go skeletal to indicate the phase change. Save your stuns for 50%.
* I don't recommend 3 manning him, despite what the quest says. Perhaps once you get the hang of him it can be done. Use 4, or 5 if none is a healer.
* Stops giving reputation once you're revered, presumably a bug.

Terokk
The big bird of the flock! He's not very special. He is immune to stun and interrupts unlike the minibosses and has a lot more health. Though we never wiped at him, I recommend taking a well geared tank and a resto/holy specced healer, perhaps even two of them for the first attempt. It all depends on your gear. You can use a raid to kill him but he will give 75% rep (I think this is true for all raid rep gains but we didn't really use raids for anything else than taking in a healer for Terokk without forcing someone to not get rep for him) and you can't complete the quest to kill him in a raid. I am quite sure that if you wipe he will despawn, same goes for the minibosses.
* Casts Shadowbolt Volley for ~1.7k, can be outranged by standing ~25+ yards away from him.
* Makes a player the Chosen One. They will do double damage and healing for 10 seconds, everyone else will get a debuff called Will of the Arakkoa God (also 10 seconds). The tooltip of this debuff is "Ignored." and I think it means you don't cause any threat for the duration, at any rate you cause half damage. At least it's pretty common that the Chosen One pulls aggro and I recommend whoever gets this buff stops nuking (if you're a healer you keep healing of course) as Terokk is immune to Taunts from someone who's being ignored.
* At 30-20% health he will stop selecting Chosen Ones, and instead bubble and become immune to everything, can't be Mass Dispelled. You have to simply heal here until you see a blue smoke flare on the ground. Bring him there, the spot will soon be nuked with Ancient Flames. These remove his bubble but will enrage him. He will soon rebubble and you will have to find another flare a few times until he dies.
* Gives 200 reputation, drops a mix of BoE and BoP items. What we found:
- BoE leggings with random attributes, actually quite powerful as far as blues get
- BoP mace with nuking stats although they seemed to be randomly generated
- BoP trinket with +32 defense rating and a use to increase max health by 1250 for 15 seconds (Brooch of the Immortal King)
- BoE ring with +66 healing and +12 Intellect (Gift of the Talonpriests)
- BoE cloak (epic) with +18 stamina +16 intellect and +33 damage/healing (Terokk's Wisdom)

Final words
Some may think it's better to just hand in dusts and ignore everything else. Through simple maths I'll show you that scrolls > dusts (we assume the droprate is the same, which seems to be true).
* 6 dusts can be turned in for 75 reputation, meaning each dust is worth 12.5 reputation.
* You need 10 scrolls to summon a miniboss worth 50 rep, so each scroll is worth 5. In total you need 40 scrolls (4 summons) for the Time-Lost Offering worth 350 reputation, and here each scroll gives an additional 8.75 reputation. In addition the Time-Lost Offering will allow you to summon Terokk for another 200 reputation which adds another 5 per scroll.
Summary: A scroll gives you 18.75 reputation in the end, and a dust 12.5. Not even mentioning that 10 of the scroll rep will be given to your group members as well.

The skyguard at the base close to Ogri'la have a hidden quest of sorts. After you've done a few quests for them, the captain will at some point tell you that he'd appreciate if you could help protect the skyguard scouts as they attempt to get information from the ethereals at Bash'ir landing in Blade's Edge. If you go down to their landing / launch pad area one of the npcs there will tell you how long until their next assault on Bash'ir. They go at intervals of 2 hours, I found it to be at every even server hour.

It confused me first that you are not given a quest to do this, but I decided to hang around and try it solo. At an even server hour a Skyguard troupe appeared, their captain emotes some stuff and then you leave en masse for Bash'ir.

Once there, the Skyguard land close to an ethereal machine (same one used to create a flask in an earlier Ogri'la quest), conviniently all ethereals there despawned the moment the Skyguard unmounted. Seconds after the guards assemble, a steady stream of mobs called Slavering slaves start zerging you, flesh beast type, lvl 70 but quite weak. As a prot paly I used weak AoE to keep all mobs on me while trying to keep the guards alive. The Skyguard npc's are VERY weak and can hardly handle one mob by themselves, the captain is a bit stronger but nowhere near helpful, but I found it best to keep them alive for some help with dps. The npc you need to protect is a researcher and does not help you in battle, but has quite a lot of hp.

After 2-3 minutes of constant Slavering slave spawns, one Bash'ir Flesh Fiend spawns, 70 boss elite. This guy hits quite hard and fast, and solo I was nowhere near able to kill him, so I decided to try again later with a 5 man party.

With the 5 man party the first zerging phase was extremely easy, and when the Bash'ir Flesh Fiend spawned he first appeared to be a push over, but when he was low on life he suddenly went berserk and pretty much insta killed a war from full life, and got the whole party down to red very fast. I don't know what ability he used but it hit fast and hard, someone mentioned it was a 2000hp / sec DoT, but I can't confirm that. Either way after the boss is slain you enter a new phase in the "quest".

The researcher emotes she's made a discovery and a merchant npc appears next to her that sells 4 flasks at 10 shards each (the ones related to Ogri'la). We didn't have much time to check these out however as now, the Slavering slaves started zerging us again, but this time with ethereal adds (think they were repops) and new mana-wraith type mobs that were lvl 70 elite. The wraiths were not that hard despite being elites, but the sheer number of them was overwhelming even for a 5 man party. Added to that, two towers appeared 40-50 yards away that artilery-bombarded us with bombs that did 700 or so AoE magic damage and a knockback effect. The towers were attackable but were quickly surrounded but 10+ of the mana wraith mobs and we were already being overrun, so we couldn't go out to deal with them. As this was all happening the researcher was emoting she needed more time, so I can asume there is something more that happens if you survive this phase.

This chaotic but fun expedition lasted maybe 10 minutes before we wiped. I don't know how many you would need to clear it, maybe 10 or 15 man to be completely safe considering those towers and all their guards. I also have no idea how you would be rewarded but I'm guessing more flasks? Perhaps even rare recepies? I'm not in a guild where I can muster a force large enough to clear this so I hope someone else will tell us what happens :)

To reply to the top comment, from the Skyguard base in blades edge you fly to the ethereal encampment in the far north. I may repeat some of what you said but added on a bit in the end.

From there horde of monsters keep charging at the NPC's, the one of which you need to keep alive is the Aether-Tech Adept and they aim strait for her unless agro'd. Through out the whole fight watch her and try keeping mobs off her.

Recommended people to complete this whole thing is 20 people, less if you only want flasks or gems. Also the grave yard is only a good 10-15 second run away so if you die run back.(running back is a must for later phases)

Phase 1: In this phase a bunch of blobs spawns, they are non elite and easy. You can aoe them down or also pull them to the npc's who will whirl wind them down. Part way in this wave a big elite blob will spawn, just send your tank on him and dps him down.

After this phase i believe a vendor spawns which sells the Unstable Flasks. These flasks cost 10 Apexis Shards each.

Phase 2: On this phase a bunch of elite ghosts spawn, these ghosts are weak compared to 70 elites so its pretty much the same as the blob fight, pull all of them to the npc's and aoe them down. The tricky part is that after waiting a minute or two Towers spawn, these towers bombard the NPC's and need to be killed, send your dps to kill these towers(ranged works very well and they have a lot of life) I also reccomend for the warrior or any other class with aoe to stand by the Assistant and aoe spam so that no mobs jump on her.

After this phase is when the gems can be bought for 40 Apexis Shards each, these consist of

Phase 3: This is where it gets intense, the second the towers die a load of Elite Ethereum spawn(Consortium Race), this fight your tanks try there best, try focusing on and mass bombing single targets as the tanks grab agro on the others. This part of the fight is real chaotic, expect healers and dps to tank a lot. If you make it by the Ethereum a big purple shield appears in front of you and theres a giant ethereum called The Grand-Collector in the center, you have to survive versus spawn after spawn of these Ethereum again. If you survive long enough he drops the shield and charges you, this is where you drop MASS DPS on him(Ethereum elite keep coming). He will shoot beams at everyone around him for about 1000 dmg a second, he will also turn into 2 of himself, this will make him invulnerable to attacks till his other form is gone(well for us atleast we couldnt attack him, when he goes innvulnerable its a good time to take care of a few of his adds) he has very low life so just drop him. This is where we failed because of horde and died, do not know what the next level of items are but i would put money on the Unstable Meta Gems. Also when he dies i do not think all the ethereum dissapear so you have to handle them after he dies and i do not know if he drops anything.

If we get to the third level i will post what happends, we had about 15 alliance and 10 horde till they screwed us over. 15 very good people could probably do this but 20 should be a good number. Though to get to the flasks wont take even a full group.

Note these flasks may only be used in Blades Edge Mountains and Gruul's Lair, they are most likely meant for guilds who do not have Gruul's on farm and need a little boost. Every member of a raid can do 1-2 daily quests and get a couple flasks before the raid with this event, very good way to boost up a raid if you need help.

I'm currently at half honored. Everyday I do the two repeatable skettis quests, and the two repeatable quests in Blades edge, I can gather ~1800 rep per day (I'm human btw). I'm sure you could get more by handing in the dust for rep (75 i think). Just wanted to give ya an idea of the amount of rep you get per day.

I suppose that you gather all the Time-Lost scrolls until you have some hundred, after that you can eventually "lure" other players with free reputation, since ecery Terokk Kill from the beginning brings 400 Rep (4x50 for the four small 72-Elites, 200 for Terokk itself), and furthermore you can give in the 4 Mob-Items for another 350 rep. I'm actually at ~240 Scrolls, so that would be 2400rep for my group, 4500 rep for me. And who would not want 2,4k rep just for killing some easy mobs? ;)

In certain amounts of reputation the skyguard members start to talk to you and at you when you pass by them.

For example :
"Good hunting up there, <Name>!"
"Buzz the landing pad lately, <Name>?"
"Well thing's for sure,<Name>'s not a nugget any more!"
"A-TEN-HUT, officer <Name> on the deck!"

They talk to and at you in both skettis and blades edge.

Actually, they only start praising you when you hit revered. There are also some other phrases the guards say when you walk by them, but I dont remember them at the moment.

Doing nothing but the repeatable daily quests, it will take you 26 days to max out your Skyguard reputation (from Friendly). To speed things up, it's a good idea to do the other quests when possible.

Just Daily Quests:

Friendly to Honored: 3.87 days (185 65 )
Honored to Revered: 7.74 days (371 30 )
Revered to Exalted: 13.55 days (649 78 )

They've upped the rep from mobs in the last patch. everything non-elite gives 10 rep now and the shadow dust quest now gives 150 rep instead of 75.

skyguard rep ultimately nets u one of the new flying mounts, i believe its a nether ray of some type...the quest guy is next to the fp in shattrath, shouldn't have any trouble finding it

the person that gives you the quest is by shattrah fp person then u go to allerian strong hold go into mountains to your right when u land u should find a place called skettis go to the blackwing land place and you turn in quests there and get new ones and thats the main base no fp up there you must fly from shattrah to allerian stronghold then get on flying mount fly to top of mountian on your right

Yeah they just opened up Skettis yesterday, in the south-west corner of Terokkar Forest, on top of a peak so that you need a flying mount to get there. Basically, you'd quest here primarily to get a Nether Ray, but bear in mind they only have epic nether rays that require 300 riding, so don't waste too much time doing the Skettis quests for Sha'tari Skyguard rep if you're a really long way off from getting the epic riding skill.

well, you need 300 riding skill, wich means it's the fast epic flying mount with 280% flying speed, I guess :-)

Upon completion it becomes repeatable, requiring 1 dust and offering 250 rep and 8g on the initial turn-in and 75 thereafter.

There are 2 trinkets at exalted, I tried the caster one and it hardly does ever proc, doesn't seem worth it unless you're after the crit rating.

Now regarding the other quest.

The chain is easily solo able, kill a few things here, talk to this guy here, get my package at this hut, and dress up like a bird and talk to a blind dude.

Once you get a quest to collect 4 items from 4 guys, you'll need multiple people. I had a holy paladin and a rogue for this; both helped feed items to me so I could continue the line.

From turning in Shadow Dust, you get an elixir that allows you to see these "Time-Lost" Arokkoa. You cannot see them otherwise, however you can still agro them if you use an AoE effect next to one. Without the elixir you cannot see them, and they will probably kill you.

Killing the Time-Lost mobs yields Scrolls. I found the scrolls to be about a 1/4-drop chance, however there are not too many of these "Time-Lost" mobs.

10 scrolls allow you to summon one guy needed for the quest line. You do this by having the scrolls in your inventory and using a "skull pile" found randomly on the ground. You get a choice of which you summon, 4 choices in total, one for each mob you need for the quest.

The summons are not too hard, you will need at least 2-3 people for each summon. They can be stunned, but are immune to fear, frost nova, sheep, and probably all other ccs.

Upon killing these mobs, you get 1 (one) quest item. The item is non-Bop, can be traded, traded, etc, but only 1 drops. This means you would need to kill the same guy 5 times to get a 5 man group through this quest, 10 scrolls each time. It takes 40 scrolls for one person to complete this quest, providing you don't wipe on the summons.

The mobs also drop a random blue "of the xxx". I know our paladin had some gloves from karazan and he replaced those with one of these drops.

After you turn in this quest you get an item that is not Bop. This is the only one of these you will ever get. You also get a quest that goes along with this. The quest is to summon and kill Terokk.

The quest itself gives 25g and 1000 rep as a reward. However, since you only get to kill Terokk once, or get a chance to.

I suggest getting the 5 best people you know for this fight.

The fight itself is simple, but relies on a good healer and good tank, or, if you cannot get one or both of those, about 20 people graveyard zerging him down (worked for me).

The graveyard is 20 ft from him, so if you die release and res.

It's a simple tank-n-spank fight until he reaches 20%. At 20% he becomes immune to all magic and melee attacks. However, friendly npc’s appear in the sky and drop blue piles of fire on the ground.

Kiting him onto one of these fires takes away his shield, and enrages him. His shield is only gone while he is in the fire. If he moves out or the fire disappears, then you have to bring him to a new fire.

Killing him yielded a trinket, which I won.

The trinket has no lvl requirement (probably a bug) and everyone in the party can roll on it. It is however bop.

Use: Increases your health by 1250 for 15 seconds.

Last Boss; I have only killed him once, so this is probably just one of his drops. But since you only get 1-shot per person, take extra precaution when fighting Terokk."

the dust q only gives 8g and 250 rep the first time you do it. after that, it only gives 75 rep.

Well today I killed terokk 4 times. Got a group together that were all on terokk and we just farmed him 4 times. Was only a group of four, well we had a fifth for the last fight, and we didn't have much trouble with him. he has two special actions. He makes someone huge, and ignores everyone else, while huge you do double damage and heals. When he becomes immune you have to move him to the fire to get rid of it. I never saw a trinket drop that the other post mentioned, but he did drop a blue each time. Three of the four we did were BoE and one was BoP. They were all nice, wearing the healing plate pants now. With the quest drops required to do this quest, I got 3 upgrade items as a holy pally. was nice. Now whats next? I hit honored, I fly to other base, and they offer nothing for me. Am I missing something?

So im honored, would be higher in faction if it wasnt for working. But anyone know how many kills it will take to get from honored to revered? Just straight kills, not turning in any shadow dust or doing any of the scrolls?

2 of the Ogri'la daily quests also give Sha'tari skyguard. One's 500 and I think another is 350. So if you're looking for both remember that.

Just fixing a quick error from the guy who posted an incredibly long post. He said you could aggro the time-lost guys with an AOE even without an elixer which is not the case. Whithout a shadow elixer the mobs are green to you and therefore unkillable. However, if you are in a group with people who have an elixer you can still get rep/quest credit, though you cannot help at all.

I hit Exalted with these guys a couple of weeks back - in the process of doing their daily quests, I eanred enough gold to buy the 300 riding skill and the mount. So it's very worth it - eloads of people on my server (Aman'thul) have the drake, but not many seem to have the ray, so I thought I'd be a bit different.

Surprised no-one here has mentioned the trinkets - as a Hunter, I found the Skyguard Silver Cross https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=32770/skyguard-silver-cross an awesome trinket for grinding, and even in instances (though not so much for boss fights).

Actually takes less time to get to exaulted, since there are other quests to do, and the mobs you kill, especially when doing the escort quest give rep as well. Do the dalies and before you know it you have exaulted rep, easy rep grind and good gold too. it will take you about an hour tops per day to do the dalies.

To be honest the trinket procs quite well especially on Battle Grounds where it is most needed i got exhalted today 12.01.08.
Gonna ask me frend to lend me some money for the mount. ./drool!

Rep from Creature kills displayed on this page were using the wrong values for Phase 2, as it seems rep from kills was buffed in Patch 2.2.0.

Phase 2 rep values:

Skettis Kaliri - 2 - 3 reputation (stops at Friendly)
All Skettis Arakkoa - 5 reputation per kill
Talonsworn Forest-Rager - 15 reputation
Adversarial Blood mobs (except Vakkiz) - 100 reputation each (stops at Friendly)
Terokk - 200 reputation

As we are now in Phase 5, rep should have been buffed to the page values.
