You can get quests from Drainei NPC quest givers. I got a quest from one in Southshore yesterday as Sylvaine on Silvermoon.

For reputation of exodar, you can go to southshore and do the draenei's quest, this might only be a little reputation but its a good way to start. I heard there was a dreanei Npc quest at hinterlands.

There's a Dreanei NPC in WPL that wants an item from the Scarlet Camp in Northern WPL. There's also one in Ashenvale that envolves meeting another in the Forest Song (eastern Ashenvale). But until you actually get BC, no, you can't visit the new capitals. There is now a third ship moving between the Dreanei's Islands and Darkshore (northern most dock), but if you attempt to take the boat you'll get ported back to Darkshore.

The best way to get reputation points with The Exodar is do Alterac Valley turnins, each Bloodx5 will give you 18.5 reputation and each single turn in will give you 2.5 reputation. Also you get honor for doing so.

The runecloth turn-in quest have been inplented (dont know if it is new) and I have found it to be a good method to grind rep at lev 70, my grinding spot is in Tyr's hand and I make at least 10 stacks of runecloth an hour often more, that adds up to 750 rep / hour + alot of money (around 45 gold / hour) compared to the 740 you can max get in AV (if you get all the turn-ins yourself) thought that is per Av and there you get honor aswell

200 crystal can be turned in per AV I read somewhere, it gives:

200/5 = 40 split in 5 because of 5 crystals per turn-in

40x18,5 = 740

An for the runecloth I read that you get 75 rep per turn in (except the first 4 which gives 350 rep each for 60xwoolen cloth 60xsilk cloth 60x mageweave cloth and 60xrunecloth)

75 x (around) 10 = 750

Also to think of is that a Av match don´t have to take 1 hour, it often take less.

I farmed exalted by farming runecloth off the Orcs in Burning Steppes (and buying runecloth off the auction house for about 1.5-2gold a stack) and doing the repeatable quest "A Donation of Runecloth" which is from Dugiru, also did Alterac Valley turn-ins and the Storm Crystal turn-ins.

I did do the lower level (level 1-mid 20s) Exodar quests but they gave such a small amount of reputation (as a level 70) that it wasn't worth doing all of them.
Visiting each Elder from the Lunar Festival gave 50 Alliance reputation and there was 50 of them. All of this took about a week of doing, couple of hours a day.

hey i am lvl 41 and trying to get an elak mount and idk how to get rep up a better way i have turned in the silk wool and mega and i dont know why it would not let me turn in the runecloth

Ok, for those that don't know about the cloth turn-ins, you have to be a certain level to obtain each level of cloth. Based on what levels each type of cloth drops at, I would say that the quests are obtained in the following order:

Lvl 10+ = Linen Cloth Quest
Lvl 20+ = Wool Cloth Quest
Lvl 30+ = Silk Cloth Quest
Lvl 40+ = Mageweave Cloth Quest
Lvl 50+ = Runecloth Quest (also includes the "Additional Runecloth" quest)

These give you quite a bit of rep for each turn-in, but beware, if you were to only turn in Runecloth for rep gain from friendly all the way to exalted, it would take exactly 520 stacks of cloth to make it, but that, of course is factoring out every other way of gaining rep. Heres how I did it to get my Elekk mount.

I completed all the cloth turn-in quests (the first "Donation of *Cloth*" quests), those get you quite a bit of rep.

I completed many quests in Outland, the bulk of which were in Zangarmarsh (obtained at Telredor) and Hellfire Peninsula (obtained at the Temple of Telhamut), and a few quests that I completed were scattered across the continents of Azeroth (pursue them if you have that kind of time). Utilize the tab at the top of this page that displays all the members of the Exodar Faction. It will give you more quests to do and more rep to gain! I'll try to put together an in-depth list of all the quests you can do to gain rep, I think that would help people out a lot.

But, anyways, the rest of the rep came from, unfortunately, additional runecloth turn-ins. I know it seems like a hassle but its actually not too difficult. You get a lot of money from questing anyway and runecloth on my server can sell for as high as 4g a stack or as low as 1g 50s a stack. Don't worry, money is not the problem, its just that you buy out all the cloth on the AH and then have to wait for more to be posted :D. But if I can do it in under two weeks, then so can you, granted I was above lvl 60 to gain all those quests in Ouland!

But then again, why are you wasting time farming rep when your only like lvl 40?! Just level, then it can be much easier for you!!

Oh and on another note, people have been saying that they get massive rep from Alterac Valley quests, but when you factor in the necessary time and effort put forth in order to gain that kind of rep, its just not worth it. Though I'm not saying that this is an ineffective method, its just not the quickest, but if you pvp like mad every day, sure, it might help out a little more than expected. But the important thing to know is that patience is a virtue, it won't happen overnight. But at the end of it all, I think it was worth it (especially as a Gnome, because from what I've seen, the Gnome elekks seem to be slightly bigger than the draenai elekks, that in itself is worth the toil :D)

If you're questing for Exodar rep, keep in mind that the starting (Azuremyst and Bloodmyst Isle) area DOES NOT give full reputation for the quests (unlike the other starter zones).
So if you just rolled an alt and want to maximize Exodar rep, you must do all the quests before they become grey.

Also if you are curious, when I did all the quests in the Draenei starting zones as a Night elf, I left Bloodmyst Isle at revered with the Exodar (and Honored with Stromwind and Darnassus if I recall correctly).

You can get Exodar rep from the Elders when the Lunar Festival is up.

After doing quests (as a Draenei Priest) just in the starting area of the Draenei I ended up with the following Reputation totals:

Darnassus- 2177/12000 -Honored
Exodar- 5162/21000 -Revered
Gnomerigan Exiles- 426/12000 -Honored
Ironforge- 238/12000 -Honored
Stormwind- 1615/12000 -Honored

I rose to level 20, just about to ding 21. I also did the Hallow's end orphan matron quest and the Shade of the Headless Horseman quest, so that factors in a little of the rep gain.

This faction actually has a MAJOR questing area in Ashenvale. There's a draeni (female) that gives you a quest in Astranaar to go to Forest Song. At Forest Song, where Kayneth Stillwind used to be alone at (this is located in far northeastern Ashenvale, east of Satrynaar, or Horde outpost)there is a new area, so to speak. Here, there are loads of draeni, and maybe 6 quests to start out with this faction. Also, there is a "Draeni Quartermaster" next to Kayneth Stillwind in Forest Song, although I do not know what she's for, because you can't interact with her except for clicking on her.
Oh, and something else I had noticed. Had anyone seen that little "box" thing on top of the crystal in the center of forest song? Maybe it's a glitch, I don't know, but 2 other party members and I had seen it.

- Diabolical Plans Collect an dropable item from a Burning Legion unit and turn it in Quest Item
- Never Again! Continuing From above kill two Dreadlords
- Agents of Destruction Kill Warsong Guards (I'm exalted with Darn so this might not affect rep)

Swamp of Sorrows, The Harborage has three quests
- Mercy for the Cursed Kill three Cursed Lost Ones
- Pool of Tears Find ten Atai'lai artifacts
- Help Watcher Biggs Find Watcher Biggs

Hillsbrad, Soutshore Inn has one quest
- Missing Crystals Recover Crystals

The Hinterlands, Wildhammer Stronghold has 2 quests
- Preying on the Predators Kill Wolves
- A Gesture of Goodwill Kill Troll and pet
and these three give Wildhammer rep
- Find trace of Featherbeard
- Search for Featherbeard
- Recover Eggs These give Wildhammer rep though

Western Plaugelands, Chillwind Camp has 2 quests
- Mark of the Lightbringer Recover item from Tower outside Hearthgeln
- Escort Draenei to Uther's Tomb {Thot doesn't have this listed...]

You dont have to hand in crystals only.
You can hand in all other stuff and you get 3 rep per item from those.
I used about 200 AV's top get to exalted of these 200 av's horde won 9 games^^.
But hey if you dont belive it to bad for you i will have my elephant when TBC comes and it will be the sex.

You can turn in cloth for rep in The Exodar, located on Azuremyst Isle off the coast of Kalimdor. Easiest way to get there is a free portal in Shattrath City in the Terrace of Light district.

so im bout halfway to friendly with exodar and im starting to collect wool cloth x 60, silk cloth x 60, mageweave cloth x 60, and rune cloth x infinite amount, how many runecloth turn ins(after the wool, silk, and mageweave) wil i need to get exalted? cuz if its alot, im gonna do the quests too(the ones by exodar with the draenei spawn spot) thanks anyway!

ive started the quests right at the beginning of the dreanai (sp.?) place, and so far ive gained 3k exp... i started off 2k honored, by the way..
ive almost finished the second isle, and i cant pvp to save my life..
so does anyone think ill be able to get to exalted with just the dotted round npcs?

i need that cute little purple elephant! hehe

Made revered by level 22 on my Shaman. Just started at Exodar and worked all the quests for the area. Then moved on to Ashenvale. Not sure what it will get me for the effort, as I didn't find any advantage inside Exodar for that distinquished title. ; )

thats my question to, i'm level 70 and i'm wondering if it's still possible to get exodar exalted, my AV is rigged and it won't let me in, and questing in there place ain't getting much, and i'm not really rich enough to get all that runecloth, is there any place to just grind on stuff and get it there?

Questing in Exodar for Rep as a 51 Drood

Just Did all the Newbie quests up to and including Bloodmyst, and got full Rep for each one from 25 to 500 rep per quest = a total of a little over 3k rep. TOok me form almost 1/2 honored to hon

ANd it was fun 1-hittin lvl18's ;)

The Azuremyst island quest

"The Prophecy of Akida", which is part of a quick 4 part chain that starts in Azure Watch gives 500 rep even at lvl 70. I just completed it on my lvl 70 druid.

Ok, My Question is this...

What if you have a lvl 70 toon already, before or around the time BC came out, and you are only honored with all factions, (for example Like SW, IF, Darnas, Exodor...)

The question is...
Can you still gain rep on those little lvl 10-50 quest or is the only way to gain rep now through turning in Runecloth for only 75rep a stack?

TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION: YES, you can still do the 'low level' quests and receive the same REP points for them.

At level 60, I went back and did quests in Auburdine & Ashenvale. I became exalted with Darnassus in a couple of hours, even though my character is a Draenei. (I've done every quest on Azuremyst & Bloodmyst Isles, have turned in tons of cloth, and I'm still 1,000 pts away from being exaulted with Exodar.)

***NOTE: For all of you wanting an ELEKK, BE AWARE that this mount constantly gets stuck in doorways and areas with a low overhang. After riding an Elekk for 10 levels, I opted for a Saber from Darnassus. ;)
