Once you reach 150 in first aid, you need to train from a book which horde can buy in brackenwall, Dustwallow Marsh. Expert First Aid - Under Wraps

EDIT: You can train it from First Aid 125, but can't go past 150 without this book.

First Aid is a secondary profession and can be learned with both of the other secondary professions (Cooking and Fishing) by any player of any level, unlike Primary professions (Alchemy, Blacksmithing, Enchanting, Engineering, Herbalism, Jewelcrafting, Leatherworking, Mining, Skinning and Tailoring) which are restricted to only 2 professions at a time.

Skill levels 1 to 150 are taught by faction First Aid trainers scattered throughout Azeroth
Skill level up to 225 is taught by Expert First Aid - Under Wraps
Skill level up to 300 is learned by completeing Triage Triage
Skill level up to 375 is taught by Master First Aid - Doctor in the House

After learning all you can from the First Aid trainers, to learn First Aid beyond 150, you will need to start to travel to a location and buy several manuals for increasing your First Aid skill level and to also learn the bandage recipes needed to level your skill.

The tables and description below summarise everything required to learn each bandage/anti-venom skill, the level required to be able to use each bandage/anti-venom skill and where to learn the skill from level 1 up to 375.

Upon reaching First Aid 125 you can now learn Expert First Aid. This is learned from the book Expert First Aid - Under Wraps which can be purchased from;

H - Balai Lok'Wein in Brackenwall Village, Dustwallow Marsh
A - Deneb Walker in Stromgarde Keep, Arathi Highlands

At the same time, you can also purchase 2 more manuals; Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage and Manual: Mageweave Bandage, so make sure you take enough money with you (at the time of writing this, it only cost me 1g46s20c for all 3 books. Not too sure if reputation has any bearing).
These books are NOT soulbound, so you can purchase them with a higher level character and mail them to, or trade them with, any other character.

150 - 225

Once you reach 225 you will need to travel with the actual character you are levelling First Aid with and complete the quest Triage or Triage.
*NOTE - Your character MUST be level 35 to qualify for this quest.

H - Doctor Gregory Victor in Hammerfall, Arathi Highlands
A - Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen in the Foothall Citadel, Theramore

Once you have completed the quest, you can train First Aid up to 300.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To reach First Aid 300, you will need to learn 3 spells from this NPC; Heavy Mageweave Bandage, Runecloth Bandage and Heavy Runecloth Bandage, so ensure you take enough cloth with you, or have it in the post, so you can level up these skills all at the same time. If you don't, you will have to keep coming back to this NPC.
I recommend taking 100x Mageweave Cloth and at least 70x Runecloth. REMEMBER: You will still need more Runecloth to reach First Aid 330.

225 - 300

Once you have reached First Aid 300, the next levels and bandages, up to 375, are all learned from books. They can purchased in Hellfire Peninsula from;
H - Aresella in Falcon Watch
A - Burko in Temple of Telhamat
The first book you require is Master First Aid - Doctor in the House. This will allow you to level First Aid up to 375. But to reach 375, you will need to buy and learn Manual: Netherweave Bandage and Manual: Heavy Netherweave Bandage. The total cost for all 3 books is 10g45s.

300 - 375
