Even better, add +15 resilience. I saw a level 10 rogue twink with this on, gave him 15% less chance to be crit on and 30% less dmg from crits and dots.

AFAIK, there are four robes that DO NOT bind on pickup/equip, have NO level requirement, and are item level 35+.

-Simple Black Dress crafted by Tailoring, roughly 2-5G in mats.
-Royal Dangui sold by vendors in UC, SWC, and Moonglade, ~29G.
-Green Wedding Hanbok limited supply sold by Geenia Sunshadow, somewhat rare, ~14G.
-Formal Dangui limited supply sold by Geenia Sunshadow, VERY rare, ~51G.
-Haliscan Jacket Added in patch 2.4.3, Tailor Pattern bought from Hauty Modiste in Tanaris.

This is useful to note because it allows you to apply one of the newer Burning Crusade enchants, such as Exceptional Stats, Exceptional Health, Resilience, Restore Mana Prime, etc., making them real powerful chestpieces.

They become so powerful that really, your best alternatives are to acquire the mats for +4 Stats and apply to superior chests in the 15-19 level range. But one important feature here would be lost... and that is the superiour chests would be soulbound, and therefore not reusable.

TLDR version: You get to make a resellable chest that's real good for leveling lowbies from 1-20+.

I think he is maxed at 99% where http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Smolderthorn&n=Darthevaider is only at 91%. Of course his would probably be higher if he had the two arena grand master trinkets. This would give him an additional passive 24 dodge rating.

Hehe i'm a night elf woman, and i was often wearing this robe when selling stuff in IF because the Dreamweave robe is really ugly.
It's really a pretty robe when you put off you shoulders and stuff, just keep the robe and if you want the waist.

But after doing that, i saw that in Auberdine, the bread vendor is wearing the same dress ;)

I took a few screenshot of us two, we look like sisters hehe, that's sweet.

I even want to make and elf of the same hair/tatoo/color and to find a bread to carry like her ;)

That item can be enchanted with the new tbc enchants that normally requires lvl 35+ .

Some twinks use it for the 6 mp. 5

Its quite good.

This is a great looking dress. I hang out in it in the Undercity, with my black cat. Quite gothic. Like much fashion, it looks good if you've got a great figure. Nothing looks good on a gnome!

hmmmm - why not put +6 stats on it, and use it as a lvl 1 legacy dress?

match it with a pair of Tux pants with a high-level armor kit, etc.

dude best lvl 1 twink chest piece ever! 150 hp on it! woot! get the goblin rocket boots with 12 stam and u got a twink along with ur clfthide and/or nethercleft (woot i got clefthide b4 blizz nerfed it) and then get 15 agili on gloves for rogue or 9 strength on gloves for warrior and u got urself a twink (if u already got a good shield wit 7stam and a fiery/crusader weap.) or u can get a 2h with enchants and u>greater then lvls 1-15 wooooooot

because it doesn't become soulbound, not only can you do +6 stats or similar, you can also put/have put Lesser or Greater runes of warding!

hehe after reading this Ive changed my mind about lvl 1 twinks being a waste of time and money, me myself, I have 2 twinks,

Deathpally, 19 pala FC and healer

and Bloodria, lvl 19 rogue with haste and balance gear

And now I am considering a lvl 10 or 1 twink for the dodge chance and stuff :P

Forget all of this +150 health or +6 stats crap. What you need is +15 DEFENSE RATING. At level 10 it gives around +11% dodge, block, parry, enemy miss and crit chance reduction.
What more do I have to say?

This isn't the best picture, given that the troll's tabard is covering the dress's front. However, it looks like this dress is the same model skin as the "White Woolen Dress" except it is... black. I assume then that this dress has a small bow underneath the tabard.
