at 60 yes ungoro is the best place ever

if you're a high level go to un'goro, you get one pretty much every raptor you kill, but then again if you're lvl 50+ which is the bare minimum lvl requirement for un'goro, you probably wont want to make food that only heals for 800 damage.

For the low levels... Raptors in arathi lvl 30ish also drop the flesh, about 2/5 kills

The raptors in Dustwallow Marsh (up around Brackenwall Village) drop these frequently. They're lv 30-34, so if you're lv 50+ it's a good way to get Raptor Flesh quickly.

Is there a recipe or specific use for this? i cant find it anywhere and i've been 375 cooking since IDK when. since BC came out.

Recipe is Recipe: Roast Raptor

It's available from vendors in Dustwallow (Theramore or Brackenwall), Stranglethorn (Rebel Camp or Grom'gol), Arathi Highlands (Refuge Pointe or Hammerfall), and Desolace (the Vendor-Tron).

Little more expensive than earlier patterns (~50s for the recipe), but easy & cheap to level all the way to 235 cooking with.
