These plans dropped during a 5-person Baron run, off of the abominations around the Slaughterhouse, right before Rammstein.

Just wanted to let people know before they attempt to farm those poor Necromancers hoping for the recipe. I believe the plans are probably a world drop, like most epic items.

! dont have plans but Kizu on horde side combines for free to both horde and alliance, works through the AH to help all us warriors and pallies. Also sells them for 500g when they are already made up, so hit him up for a pair.

Did a guild run like we always do when we raid and onyxia is up. Got these and went to the guild blacksmith (armorsmith actually). Going to equip all our plate with these badboys for PVP.

Why does wow have to have lottery loot like this?

Entire servers have yet to see this drop at all...and even if one does, its random whoever gets it so god help anyone that wears plate if it gets into the wrong hands.

If a greedy sob realizes he can literally live off the gold-->ebay income from having sole control over the only plans everyone is screwed. (probably forever given droprates)

I found the plans on Hyjal and sold them to a Armorsmith. Alliance can make this fine piece of armor now.

I have one of these suckers. i dont plan on rerolling blacksmith anytime soon, i much prefer my easy herb/alch combo. I'd be willing to let them go for 350g. Almost sad, considering how rare these seem. Send me a tell on Praise, horde side on The Forgotten Coast server. If you happen to be ally on that side, you can send me some mail ally side on Executus to Urge.. i check both mails almost daily.

Got mine out of an eternium lockbox. Boy am I glad I rolled a 92 on that one. Sold for 700g quite easily. Took maybe a total of 15 minutes spamming trade.

Were these plans moved off world drop loot table and put on Onyxia only?

edit: Does not look like it. Two people on Thott report seeing them drop from a Risen Construct in Scholo and a Dragonkin Captain in UBRS.

I found the Plants for these today on Stormscale (EU)! I didnt know their value before it was too late... sold them to a guy for 450g.. his name was "Shivery" or something like that..

PST: It came from a Ethroium Lockbox (And that Lockbox dropped in Sholomance)

PST: Found another Ethroium Lockbox.. was some green stuff in that one... (dropped in Stratholme)

Would have been funny if another epic dropped in the second one.. (well atleast i got 100% mount now.. (4 days after becoming 60 :O ))

got these out of an eternium box I had for a couple of weekes unopened.

anyone just getting up to 60, and wants these I can craft on Arathor/Alliance, name is Fondle.

Useful for fury/prot running instances like Ramparts where you are continually disarmed, I assume the same for heroic?

I can also make Steel Weapon Chain if you want to go that route.

If you have a nice weapon enchant, go with gloves. If you don't have an enchant, go with teh chain. Chain can be attached to offhand weapon and makes main and offhand immune to disarm.
