I do not know much about proc chance but i bought recipe on AH for 4g. Ingredients are too expensive to craft this, but most likely you can sell this for good money.

Back when Seal of Command damage was 100% this weapon was king, even more so than Arcanite Reaper.

Id just like to say, im a 60 human warrior and ive made myslef one of these. It is very very good in PvP and i have my Arc Champ for PvE. The Mace itself procs alot and is good for interupting spells and just stunning them. It also has high damage which i crit of 700 on another warrior. But the best thing is that its a mace and i use my mace stun effect with it, so add another 3 secon stun, and then comes the full valor bonus another 3 seconds stun. So in my opinion if you use it correctly it can surpas the reaper and some other weapons.

If you notice the damage of the reaper is 153-256 as apose to the hammer which does 163-246, meaning the average damage is exactly the same but the hammers range of damage is smaller so the damage done is more consistent. the 15str adds about 30 attack power which is half what the reaper adds. But i think that the 3sec stun is worthy trade off for the 30 additional attack power you get from te reaper. The materials will cost you as much to collect as the reaper so its a though choice. But seeing as everyone uses a reaper im gonna get one of these instead. If you are a master hammer smith on Blackrock server PST to Librium i have all the mats and will give you the plans for this for free so you can make one for me.

Thorgrim on Bladefist just made me mine, Lovely thing.

Along with Mace Spec, you stun about 1 in 15 hits I reckon (rough guess) - The stated rate of 6% for Mace Spec stun seems off, maybe I'm just unlucky.

The hammer stun effect is not the same as the mace stun effect in that it has a different icon, but it does the same thing.

As you can see from the pics above, it's a lovely gold and silver design that goes nicely with the Valor set.

I am glad to have been a little different and gone for this over an Arcanite Reaper - and this needs less Arcanite too.

Quick Note about DPS - ignore the weapon's own DPS and look at what you get after all your other effects. I just ran SM with this thing and was consistently getting Between 150 and 350 DPS, a good average 250 DPS (depending on number of mobs engaged at once, Whirlwind with this thing is a Killer)

Well I want to make this for my lvl 60 shaman..mainly becouse shamans can swing this thing realy fast..so im hoping it procs alot and with WF it should do alot of DMG my twig of the world tree dose a Wf of 350 1022 1029 soo i hoping for mega crtis!

From patch note for warriors:

Mace Specialization - The stun effect's duration no longer diminishes or is diminished by controlled stun abilities and spells (e.g. Cheap Shot, Hammer of Justice, Charge etc...).

This is great news for this weapon.

I'm currently using Doomulus, and I believe you guys should take a look at the stats on it before droppin cash on Hammer of the Titans.

Get the quest in CH- then grab the heart of the first bosses of ZG & AQ, and say hello to your new mace. Now I understand this involves raiding and not everyone may have access to a guild to do this with or whatev, but if you can-- I'd say it's a better choice.

I went hammersmithing just to make this hammer. Pre-raid, this is one of the best weapons a ret-pally can use. The 3-second stun has awesome synergy with Judgement of Command, and, IMO paladins are supposed to use maces, according to lore.

Of course its crafted, so anyone w/ the mats who can find a hammersmith can get it, but I'd strongly reccomend against it for druids. The proc won't work in your shifted forms, so you're basically just getting +15 str off of this thing. There are way better GREEN options.

Ok i might not know really if warriors ues mace less than pallies. But if the effct goes off when a warrior charges that almost 6second ( thas if you know how to back of with a 2h wep)And to be true i don't use pallies that much but there great with mace. And on bronzebeard all the people i saw with Surlfon mace are pallies.

I...like many players have wanted to get Sulfuras, but one issue is that BC has ruined it for anyone looking to get a 60 epic. For example...I have a 62 warrior and I just got a hammer from a quest that gave me a 2H Mace that has +23str, +33stam and +22 to crit. Wanna know how fast it is? It's 2.20 with 64.2DPS for cryin out loud and its awsome! Damn you can do some damage with that thing...great In Alterac Valley thats for sure!

it'S only 1.3 more dps AND quel'serrar is a ONE handed weapon, so you can either get a 2.2+k armor shield (if you're a paladin or protection warrior) OR get something nice like a sword of zeal in the offhand ^^

I dont know bout you guys but i did
1.700 normal damage + 1.400 SOC on one those Ogre Warlocks in DM with this baby, wasn't fast enough to do screenie :(
2nd highest damn i've done was 2.7k combined SOC + normal dam during instance at BRD

This require 300 skill and a master hammersmith, things very very difficult to aquire. I have the schematic, just not the smith and the stuff needed to make this godly hammer.

this thing plus Arms/Fury warrior build with Mace Mastery + 2H Weapon Mastery + Mortal Strike = Spam the stuns. Well, not quite spam enough. You might have to switch back and forth between this and a Dual Wield... say Masterwork Stormhammer + Dawn's Edge. ;)

I am a Pally and did a Seal of Command Crit for a total of 1336(** edit - now ive seen 1600+).

I had a guildie make me this on my Blood Elf Ret Paladin and it was a very nice weapon. However as soon as I hit 60 and did my first outlands quest I got a green 2H axe that was better than this. So although it is a very nice weapon if you pay more than 100g for it you are probably wasting your money. Mats on my server cost roughly 400g to make it so it was a waste for me.

I finally made that baby, the best non MC weap for a paladin because of speed and because it's a hammer (+5 on hummies = +0.4% crit).

Does 300-350 on auto, crits for 700-800 with some 1000-1100 and SoCs for 500-600. In crazy swings I have done 1900 dmg on a forsaken priest (1000 normal + 900 holy) and around 1600 on warrior (can't remember the breakdown).

a damn nice mace, but very expensive to make. I have the plans and it costs like 600gold to make if you buy all the materials. Still well worth it in my opinion.

The plans drop in UD starth.. ive gotten 3 sets. You need to be ahammer smith and have 300 BSing.... you get teh hammersmith (and other weapon smithing) in winterspring.

The Quel'Serra might say 1.3dps lower but dont be fooled by a dps on paper. At least for a paladin, the burt dps seal of command procs are favored toward a hard hitting slow weapon.

While your seal of command may crit for 350 mines will crit for 1400

I got this for 33g. I was luaghing cause of this kid. Is he Stupid? Yes, So i took advantage i though i would make a little extra. So i sold for 80g . it sold in 5 min. I should have put it higher all well im only a 46 warrior im happy with my extra gold i made. :)

Whats the rate of the stun proc on this? Good or Bad? If its about the same rate as a wound proc off a doomsaw then I'll just go for the reaper.
