It's actually a nice intermediate weapon for shammy, imho. The DoT is fine against rogues and it's a very fast axe for 1H+shield combat. This reduces the chance factor in cobat considerably.

I'm looking for a nice fast 1h pally weapon for after 1.9 to farm with as a holy paladin (seal of righteousness will proc with every swing) and this has great DPS + swing speed. I think I'd rather farm Scholo for the sword that Gandling drops though ...

This things proc needs to be like 85 dmg and mana every 3 secs. Then it might actually be useful.

Wicked proc to drain pallys mana nice with mana drain... hunters will like it I guess :P or bubble-boy/girls haters...

I'm a hunter, and i wouldnt roll on this even if im the only person in group that is able to use it.

I got it because no one else needed it, and it does not proc nearly enough to make it worth having on a hunter, or even a shaman imo.

actually pretty good for a fury warrior... fast weapon = more heroic strikes = more dps

my warr uses 1hs for more mage and to keeep casters from kasting...I now how annoying that is i have a 60 druid

any LV60 who uses spells will have at least 1000 mana now if it was a guarantee + stack then yes this would be good.

I can see this being broken.
12 health/mana lost per second.
Shaman + this + windfury = locked out
A 1.60 speed isnt bad at all either, its the speed of my current dagger so this with a great dagger of the same lv can really be good.

Edit - This with Blood-etched Blade would be amazing for a shaman, not only are you gonna lock them out but your gonna get mana back to nuke them. Once i hit this lv on my shaman im defently going to grab it.

Proc rate is awful. I grinded with this for a while against Dire Maul ogres and it procced about once every 5 mobs.

Shaman cant really lock out any1 but priests /w this... mages will counterspell-silence every 30secs and an earthshock in between will b pointless bcuz if the mage is smart they will use instacasts to kill the shaman. i could go on and on but ill save you guys tha time..basically this thing will proc 10xs 120dmg

I don't really care if this is a great axe or not. Its fast and will be good for leveling my one hand axe skill to max... tho there are no one hand axes that I know of that my shaman would use, you never know what they're gonna add

This axe doesn't seem all that impressive to me. At all.

If it could have been used in the off hand then maybe but since it's main hand only...
