Kay guys, it's realy not that hard.

Step 1:
Go to BRD (aka Blackrock Depths). It's an instance.

Step 2:
Fight/stealth your way to the bar. It's a room in BRD. There are lots of people sitting around drinking.

Step 3:
Find the vendor dude in the bar. He's the only one who sells items.

Step 4:
Buy recipe.

SEE? Not too hard at all. No rep needed, just money to buy it from the guy in the bar.
