You're god damn right. I've mashed so many punks with this weapon it isn't even funny. I've earned so much cred on the streets with this axe. If you punks without any cred don't like it, I'll buy a plane ticket to your town and rent a car from Hertz and I'll mash you on the streets. All of you readers out there really have no idea how good this god damn axe is. Anybody know why? Well we do. It's because it has a hidden proc effect that doesn't show up on Thottbot, and it's:

"Chance on hit: Turns the wielder into a Chuck Norris, Mr. T, William Shatner combo."

Unbenounced to all of you, this combo is the best of anything in the game. Here's why:

What's known as, " The Norris effect " is a stat multiplier, which increases all of your stats a googlefold. It also gives the target player cancer in real life.

The " Foo' Effect " increases your running speed by forty-billion percent. It also smites any chinese players that have the last name Foo in real life, dealing over ninty-million points of DoT's. In real life.

The "Shat Attack" is really just in this combo to even the whole thing out. Whenever active, your speech is changed greatly. Periods and commas will attack you out of nowhere when speaking, making you sound like a bad actor. This is also known as "The Horrible StarTrek Acting Syndrome".

I hope you are all enlightened as to why this axe is the best in the game. Ask Eddie. He was Chuck Norris for a day.

you can get the quest at level 9 from thrall in his fortress in org and it is kick ass(i had a level 70 rougue rune me thru rfc) it kicks ass

This axe is considered the best-in-slot two-handed weapon for level 9 horde warriors regardless of race, but is even better for Orcs due to the +5 Axe skill racial.

At level 10, 4 upgrades open up to you: Samophlange Screwdriver, Talonstrike and the cream of the crop, Crescent Staff* or Wingblade*.

None of these weapons are realistic level 10 options, though, and if you are lucky enough to receive this axe at 9-10, you will most likely hold on to it until you obtain a level 14+ BoE green weapon or Zhovur Axe at around level 16-18.

*Finishing the entire Crescent Staff chain grants you 5590 XP + whatever little you get from killing the Wailing Caverns bosses, and your XP cap at 10 is 7600, so it IS technically achievable, but it requires a rather meticulous approach to minimize your experience gain from discoveries and kills. The same goes for obtaining Talonstrike, as that chain will net you a whopping 6540. There are a few other gear weapons that require level 10 on paper, but are in fact impossible to obtain that early due to hefty XP rewards, and those weapons are the Windrider Staff and Ceranium Rod.
