These are large plants that you can find underwater in the red river that splits the lower half (green) of the zone and the upper part (red) of the zone.

A Stinkhorn Striker fish guards this plant, so if you have a party you can get one off the fish and the plant in the water. I've included a screenshot of the plant.

The coords for this match up with the coordinations of the Stinkhorn Striker.

I found more easy (as a mage) to simply loot it from the mushroom itself. Poly the fish, loot, get out of the water. Since it's underwater, i got it from the nort-east part, where you can dive underwater.

Be sure, to do this quest together with Declaration of Power, because at the nagas you can find Ruinous Polyspore

54,81 is correct. It is in the river just above the falls. As you cross the bridge toward Blood Watch, follow river South West.

you can also kill the fish for the mushroom as well. I killed one while trying to get the one i saw and the fish dropped it!

There r a bunch of them in the river between the blue and brown part of the map.. but i got my off a fish in the same area.. lvl 14 fish

Well, the fish is underwater and called Stinkhorn Striker so it's not as wierd as it sounds.

you can also find Aquatic stinkhorn underneath the bridge in the streem. This is the second bridge u cross in bloodmist.
