Got this grinding in Zangarmarsh, seems like it would be good healer paladin gear for use with a shield. Will see how it goes in the AH.

Mine was a Scepter of the Elder +13 Stam, +8 Int, +3 Mana every 5 sec and 1.7 speed. Fast little thing!
