Just wondering, would this potion be useful during battle? As in, Troll race natural regen + Potion's regen? Possible class => troll warriors, rougues,etc (tanks) Pls enlighten :)

FYI, the description at the top of the page is incorrect...its 12 health/5 sec, not 4 health/5 sec.

One of my chatacters uses this potion with healing enhancers like the Eye of Paleh, Angelic Raiment, etc. Together this provides a very sturdy in-combat healing of 60 hitpoints per 5 seconds.

Hes located in RFD, in one of the cages by the escort quest. I talked to him not know he did it and teaches you it for free

The recipe drops, and the vendor no longer exists. The recipe should be green, instead of white.

But forget that... if you want this recipe, send your alchemist to Razorfen Downs and learn it from one of the prisoners. He also will teach you how to make goldthorn tea if you have cooking trained high enough.

yep, vuelhering is right!

just weaseled my way through RFD with my 52 hunter and found the dude(henry stern is his name) in a holding pen in the northeastern quadrant of the instance. just talk to him and if ur a cook and/or alchemist, you can learn goldthorn tea and this recipe. dont know about lvl requirements.....my alchemy is 289 and my cooking 277 so i wont venture a guess as I am WAY to high for that instance. highest lvl mob i saw was 39 elite for those of you going.......good luck!

For any of the sneaky character types it is possible to reach Henry Stern in RFD by stealth. The mobs are 35-36 elite. There are some tight squeezes as a group of mobs will fill a passageway. And also these packs of boars that run around. But, Henry is in a section where there are no mobs in visual range. So once there, it is an worthwhile reward.

I went in and talked to henry stern but he did not teach me the trolls blood potion I am a 300 alchemy
