Only Horde can purchase from vendor in hillsbrad. Alliance must go to wetlands to see Wenna.

He's at 92.0, 38.4. He sells the pattern for 20s, could be lower when ur reputation is higher.

The Hillsbrad Foothills point is Horde accessible (not necessarily easy though, it's out of the way unless you're either undead or high level anything else).

if a pattern isn't there it means someone recently purchased it and you need to wait for it to "respawn"

or so I think...

This guy (horde) is right at the north end of the wall, where it meets the mountains.

The spawntime for this item seems to be 20minutes.

I can now confirm that this item, has a ~20Min spawntime. At the Vendor in Wetlands. Probably the same for the Undead Horde Vendor.

A good way to make money, if you have some spare time in game. Just get these and sell them at the AH in IF. I have sold over 20 of these now, and I have made as much as 1.56G for one. That is a profit of 1.36G, very good. The least I've made is 30S, sold it for 50.

Also, can someone tell me why I can buy the Item f�r 18 instead of 20? Would the price sink if I get more or is this just a once in a while feature?

18s because of your honored reputation ? It work same with class trainer, trade skill trainer ... higher reputation = lower price

Just confirming that the Horde vendor's respawn time is definitely 20 minutes. Just like the Alliance side's.

This armor sells very good at the auctionhouse. I've sold 4 per day for a week, price 60s, buyout 90 silver, time: 24 hours. There wasn't any competition on the AH in that period. Maybe I could raise the price a bit but I decided to keep the price reasonable.
All vests were sold for the buyout price!
There was a big shortage of good leather chest armor from lvl 26-32 in the horde auctionhouse on the server (EU-Sylvanas).
The ingredients are very common as well!

This armor is nothing special! Just remember that it is required for Green Iron Hauberk, which is made by blacksmiths, very decent (blue) piece of gear with 358 armor that sells easly on AH for around 5g.

On my server I've been able to buy a stack of heavy leather for 75s-1g, make a Green Leather Armor, and then sell it on the AH for 2.25g. And if someone had one on the AH for a lower price than mine, I bought it and resold it for a higher price. I easily sold 5 a day, which is at least a 5g profit a day (not bad at level 29). Easy way to make money and level up leatherworking.

The horde vendor George Candarte is at the border of Hillsbrad Foothills and Arathi Highlands.

Simplest directions:

Take the flight path to Tarren Mill

Head to Arathi:

Head West down the short "driveway" from Tarren Mill
Turn South and continue until the road forks.
Turn Southeast and continue.

Once you reach Thoradin's Wall (sp?) turn left (NE). Do not cross through the gate, the NPC is on the Hillsbrad side of the wall.

Just follow the wall to the very end and George Candarte is standing there (92, 38) (Hillsbrad map). They *are* limited supply, so if he's out try later.

Notes if you're new:
Hillsbrad Foothills is contested territory. It is also historically gank central, fyi. If you don't have the flight path you need to walk from Undercity. The mobs are mid 20's but there is a wandering level 40 griffin (2 actually, one is passive and the other one is named and hostile).

For the Green Leather Armor go to Wenna Silkbeard. Tried the Vend-o-tron in Desolace and he did not have anything for LWs. Wenna is located in Wetlands at 25,25 at Sundown Marsh. She is located just down the stairs. The Mobs around are lvl 25-27 so no problem for my 43 Hunter. Going to AH next to see what i can get for this 18s pattern. Hope this helped.

just confirmed that you can buy the green leather armor LW recipe for 20s in the wetlands from Wenna Silkbread in the Wetlands. the other person in hillsbrand is meant for horde only unfortunetly. other wise i would of found it alot sooner

Here is an update on the location of George Candarte: 76.64, 58.47

I am currently standing there now but he does not have the recipe up at this time for purchase. This may be due to my being currently on my alchemist rather than leather worker. Will come by later with the leather worker.

I have left my char sitting next to George Candarte for 2 weeks now and 1 at venodr 1000 and neither of them sell Pattern: Green Leather Armor, so do you guys know where they changed it to or did they take it out of the game?

I swung by Wenna's hut yesterday evening around 7pm Central time (which is 5pm on my server, Korialstrasz)...no Green Leather Armor pattern.

I literally cleaned her out...bought EVERYTHING she had (it was all somewhat useful stuff that seems to have a little bit of demand in the auction house...nothing like this armor pattern though...Red Whelp Glove & Azure Silk Glove patterns, and the Stalking Pants ). Came back a while later, one pattern had been added, but it was for Red Whelp Gloves, not this armor.

I don't have any more quests that'll take me up to the marsh there, but I suppose I'll make a detour next time I'm in Wetlands to see if she's restocked.
