Found a use for it, on a rare drop tailor recipe:

Ghostweave Vest
71 Armor +9 Intellect
Dur 70/70
Req: Level 50
Equip: Restores 8 mana to the player every 5 seconds.

Recipes requires:
30 Runecloth (6 Bolts)
4 Ghost Dyes
1 Ironweb Spider Silk
1 Runecloth Thread

Yeah, I need 10 of these for my Truefaith Vestments. :( 4 Orbs, Pearls, and 10 Mooncloth on top of it, haha.

The reason for that is us high level tailors need ghost dye so rarely, that when we plan on making something that needs it, we already know an alchemist that can supply the dye for us. You generally won't see anyone trying to make ghostweave items for the AH, because runecloth equipment is easier to make and has better bonuses.

Alchemists make the Ghost Dye, and they charge a hefty price since ghost mushrooms r so rare. u can find the mushrooms in mara.

Also can be found growing in Skulk Cave, Hinterlands.

i'm on the aggamagan server on alliance, your damn right its expensive to make, all considering that the ghost mushroom needed to make the dye on my server costs 45g for one in the AH.

there are a ton of ghost mushrooms inside fungor cave in zangarmarsh. there are 3 quests which take you in there, so if you just plan your trip accordingly (maybe bring your herbologist friend along) then you should be able to harvest alot while in there. you might even want to take the chance to do all 3 separately and give yourself 3 goes through the cave.

Bronk at Camp Mojache in Feralas has it as a single item purchase. Everytime I land, he has it. Doesn't seem to popular, on Skywall anyway.

I found the Ghost Dye recipe in Winterspring on the Trade Supplies vendor. I forget what the price was. Good Luck!
