Is this a named Trogg? Never seen him. Any idea where he is?

He's the final Trogg in the Cave-In event in Gnomeregan.

Paladin, and possible hunter if they dont mind using lvl 29 mail on lvl 40+, yes it does drop from the trogg at the end of the event, quite easy but there is little break time between fights. Mages help and so do back-up healers. Not an actual quest, just talk to the gnome. May be repeatable.

This boss isnt near to be hard cause all the mobs isnt even elites so =)

these glovesd would be best in that hands of as paladin but a warrior could use them spirit help with health regen to so pally and warriors can fight over this

I was going for these for my lvl 29 pally twink but when I tested spirit I found out that around 5 spirit on my pally increases his regen by 1 mana and that is out of combat...clearly to bad. Instead I use Pillager's Gloves of the Bear (7Sta/7Str)..much better :)

been there like 20 times for my twink and they still wont drop thott says drop rate is like 8% is that right

Allmoast look like they dont drop to me, i have now killed that freaking boss 20 times and they dont drop. Think i'll give up and get something else.

I got these on my 28th try with my twink paladin. I had almost given up and was seriously doubting the drop rate, but then I tried again and there they were. So if you're a twink trying for these, keep trying, they'll drop eventually. The beauty of it is that if you get a high level player to run you, you can easily do grubbis 5 times an hour since he's so close to the beginning.

what is realy the drop rate on this?
i herd from a friends that thottbot's frop rates are wrong...

got any idea?

Drop rates can never be 100% right because its all based on chance, but the rate shown gets more and more accurate based on how many people have killed him. These gloves really aren't that great anyways... yeah spirit gives pallies mana regen but not while casting, which makes spirit nearly useless for them. Not a very big loot to fret over.
