This is a very nice DPS weapon for Warriors and Paladins alike. Nice, big damage hits and strength and agility as well for even more damage. Finding one of these can be tough, but if you see one it is definitely a good buy.

This makes for a great sword until you can get your Whirlwind weapon at 30(with help of course). Has a decent top end damage range and bought for a reasonable price on most servers.

This is 1 of 9 rare BoE's that drop only in Gnomer. All mobs (or almost all) have a chance to drop at least 1 of these ... some are dopped by a small group of mobs types.

Corpsemaker is easier to get (31% drop chance off 1 boss), and has better damage, 1 more strength, and 5 stamina instead of 4 agility. It's a little slower (3.8 vs. 3.2) but if you are swinging a 2H, it's not really a factor.

this is one of the noobiest forums ive seen in a while. You dont buy it from a vendor, it drops off mobs in gnomer, its not horde or alliance only, no BoE items are. and 100 G for a lowbie sword is totally and unforgivably overpriced. just got this alrightish sword while soloing gnomer, sold it for 2 G.

Burning through Gnomearian with my main (L55) this dropped, so I rolled a new Warrior. Can't wait 'till he's high enough level to actually use it.

Auctioneer on Moonrunner says it averages 28.5 gold at the AH for Buyout.

what lvl 24 would have 28g ? and if you had 28g why would you waste it on this ?

I looked through it a bit and it seems that if you are going to farm it, like I am, that the best spot in gnomer is in the tunnel just after you jump on the cogwheel.

They have the highest droprates (7 drops for the Leprous Defenders and few kills). The Mechanicalized Sentries seem to also have high droprates, and they're both in that tunnel.

Have it on my Belf hunter twink with +25 agility on it, it rulz for me, cuz i'm marksmenship, don't really require a weapon for fighting persay, just for stat buff, i bought it for 10g, which is pretty resonable, since gnomer BOE items go for 100g+ on my server, including mechbuilder's overalls, and high-tech supergun

I got this sword yesterday and tried to sell it outside SW AH, no takers. Apparently the huge stat buffs on this aren't as attractive as one would think. Smolderthorn server is huge with twinks and no one wanted it, I am gonna AH it anyways on a 24 hour deal, maybe some slow to look will see it and recognize.

this weapon takes forever to get it is also really good i used one with my warrior and its just great but it take hours to get i think it toke about 6 hours in a group of a 31 28 37 45 and at the begining we had a 50 so if you really want one go to the AH

It seems the "Sold By" section caused some confusion about wether the sword could be purchased from a vendor. It cannot.

The "Sold By" section got there because someone was using cosmos while playing on a private server called "Burning WoW". Private servers often have vendors that sell blue and purple weapons and armor. Rest assured that playing normal WoW there is nowhere you could buy this except on the Auction House.

ive done gnomer 5 x and seen this drop every time so i think the droprate is a bit higher then .01% plus i like 1h weapons cuz you can get more agility between two weapons then this good str though

It dropped twice from a trogg outside of gnomer. If you want this you can get it with 2-3 hrs of farming.

it comes out of gnomeregan. its a rare (blue) drop off the higher level mobs in there. I bought mine for 7g, the guy was eager to sell it to me for that price so it's probably cheaper normally. I haven't seen one sell in forever though and my paladin wants it, so whatever. 7g isn't much anymore.

Very cool sword, i got it off of an ambusher or burrower. I was afraid that since it came from Gnomeregan that it would be all wierd looking, but it turned out to be a fancy sword. My hunter alt loves it :)

I've been to Gnomeregan 100000000 bazillion times, and it never dropped... The only blue that ever dropped was the Double-Barrel Shotgun... it dropped twice in 7 months for me :\

I got mine on AH for 12g, i couldn't beleive the strength stat! and some agility to boot. My Warrior loves it, too bad its a 3.2 sec weapon, chops strong, but not very frequently. Need a little more agility and then its crits should come more often, and when they hit, they really hit.
