I'm incredibly dubious of any BC items that don't include any Stamina. There's a load of Attack Power, Hit and Crit, but <b>zero</b> Stamina?

You could always ignore the socket bonus and use stamina only gems.

sorry cant help but laugh at this convo, many of the gems out that fit into yellow sockets that are cheap are +9 stamina. So to make this easy they gave you the rogue stats, now fill in the blanks according to ur spec or what you like to do.

A rogue's main purpose is to deal dmg and this set is just for it. I agree that the lack of stamina hurts but I would still go for this set and make sure I am not very low on HP by adjusting other gear.

This set is only 3 pieces which means you will have 14 more slots to close the stamina gap.

I plan on using this set in conjunction with the Primal Strike set and the Pvp Shoulders and Helm combo... 2 full sets and 1 partial is a nice combo.. also yields a lot of slots for gems.. uncluding 1 meta gem.. <--- plan on using the Relentless Earthstorm Diamond

If you need more stamina for this set, then the new armor kits recently introduced in the 2.3 patch will be very handy here. Heavy Knothide Armor Kit provides you with with 10 stamina, and can be used on head, chest, shoulders, legs, hands or feet, and only requires three pieces of leather to craft.

Add to that the 30 stamina (and 10 agility) from Clefthide Leg Armor which is fairly cheap to craft compared to the epic version, and you have an extra 50 stamina on your set, before you even think about filling all those gem sockets.

This set is pretty sweet although im pretty sure at lvls 67-69 there will be some way better gear than this set but who knows?

Overall, the individual items aren't that great unless you socket them with good gems and no stamina sucks if you want a bit of survivability.

the stormshoud set was "good" if you where after a particluar stat... that stat being crit... with this.. u get a nice mixture of AP,crit and hit.. but very little stamina.

TBh with the amount of gem slots on these .. and they are crafted... i still think these will be a GREAT seller on the AH for any leather worker that can craft them.

For a crafted item these are pretty good. The sockets will help you make up for the lack of stam/agi, but the focus of this set is damage output, with the a set bonus to make up for lack of agi. When combined with other gear with higher stamina bonuses this could be viable armor until you get better drops off the bosses.

I don't think the sockets on these make them better than other blue armor of the same level, but rather let's you put them on par with some of the blue drops. One nice thing about the sockets though, is that you can choose youre own stats. You could add even more crit/ap to this set ;)

It's a great raiding set. However, the set bonus of +20 chance to dodge is usless for raiding since you will not have aggro on the mobs. For raiding, the only benefit of this stat is it will give you a chance to put your head between your knees just before you wipe. :)

This is really good general gear, especially if you're like me and like to actually KILL things, solo, group, pvp what have you. No rogue should choose something for more stamina, we're all about killing 3 people in 10 seconds and dying, stamina is for druids.

For those of you complaining about things missing this, that, or 20 other things...

All I can say is SOCKETS! That's what they're there for. Those sockets there, they allow you to plug in whatever bit you like. It's a nice little customization feature.

this is a great set to get. once i getthe rep required ill be making it for myself. imo u could easily take this set to 70...unless u get lucky with boss drops (i never get any rogue drops) once u hit 70 that doesnt mean that u can easily get great epics and stuff u need to have something to start with. and any raid or grp will want u cause with this set ur ds will sky rocket. if u wanted u could even add more crit hit and atk with the sokcets and skip over stam and agility and just use this for grps and raids.

personally i will be adding some stam and agility but some atk pwr too with the sockets...also im gonna throw a knothide armor kit on their for another 8 stam on each so that i will beable to use them for soloing and grinding not only for raids and wat not.

if u have agreat guild that will let u come to kara and stuff with bad gear since u just hit 70 then dont bother wit this set but if like me u kno ur gonna have to have some decent gear to get in good grps make this....plus its lvl 67 and 2 69 pieces so make em as u lvl to 70 the mats rnt that expensive atleast not on my server

Its not a bad set for Hunters either, as we to need offensive stats and don't need the stam so much. Also, Hunters who have taken Leatherworking can also make the Felstalker set https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item-set=575/felstalker-armor and wear both. Thats what I'm doing, and for a new 70 its a great set that'll do you well until you get really good epics.

Sometimes I just don't know why people even bother to comment about what's better than what when it comes to blue items. With the crappy job Blizz did with "Rogue Itemization", everyone ends up PvP'ing for their gear anyway... Just my 2cents..
