I'm looking for these for my rogue, but the droprate combined with all the different "of the" alternatives, the chance of getting the item I need are slim to none. A viable alternative (although not so packed with stamina) are the oilskin leggings from Grimlok in Uldaman.
Although I'm going to farm until I get these babies. :p

Awesome legs for non-lw rogue/druid in the 40-49 PVP bracket. Especially the eagle and monkey varieties =D

Very true, consider yourself lucky if you get a pair of these to drop for your rogue/druid with the above mentioned varieties.

If you're looking for alternatives for BGs at the 40-49s bracket and these never seem to drop for you, or you can't get a group, with 260 LW and elemental LW you can train "Blackstorm Leggings". Item here: "Blackstorm Leggings"

In either case both of these pants are rare or hard to obtain, since the Blackstorn Leggings require you to have elemental leatherworking and the mats are hard to obtain without a higher level character around to help you farm them (they are also rather pricey on AH considering the quantity of you'll need to make them).
To get elemental LW, you must complete this quest which also requires you to get hard to find/slightly expensive mats:
"Elemental Leatherworking" Alliance || "Elemental Leatherworking" Horde
The quests require the same mats, just have different starting locations/NPCs. NOTE: Must have level 40 and LW skill of 225 to be eligible for Elemental LW quest.

Rogues/Feral-Druids looking to twink for 49s would find that the time, effort and money involved to get either of these pants could be mitigated by buying a pair of "Chieftain's Leggings" (of the Monkey) or "Basilisk Hide Pants" off of AH and having a high level character put "Nethercleft Leg Armor" on them.

Just some of the options available for certain classes wishing to twink for BGs in 40-49s bracket. (note that Basilisk Hide Pants are availble for 30s bracket as well, since they only require level 38 to wear)

EDIT: Added some info on the Elemental Leatherworking quests in regards to Blackstorm Leggings.
