Please tell me someone knows where to get these. Im wondering why no one has commented on them. Theyre quite comparible to dragonscale/blackDS/redDS and seem theyd be a world easier to make.

There are 3 known locations for Blacksmith Plans...

1. On table behind the fireguys before the entrance to the manufatory

2. In the manufactory on a bench on right wall

3. By the stairs going down in the second golem place before the seven dwarves

Don't let the green color of the item blind you from the fact that it has more armor than the shaman epic Earthfury chestpiece, although it does lack in other stats.
Easy to get the plans, pretty easy to make if you get some people to help you farm some ore.

I just found them in the manufactory all the way at the back by Golem Lord Argelmach. In the room where he is, on the left side of the boxes, at the back of the room. Sure thy could be other places, but this one wasnt listed so I thought I'd mention it.
