Amazing twink item for caster classes.
Should you find one, these will go for ~50-100gold, depending on server (perhaps even lower/higher). I sold mine for 60 fairly easy.

I was running Deadmines with my 17 priest, and when we killed Cookie <The Ships Cook> he dropped these. Just letting you know because it didn't appear on the drop list.

i got these for 60 gold on bronze Beard server and i am tryin 2 get mystic spellcloth on them for my twink mage im wrokin on the mats the primal manas are so expensive >,<

I was trying to farm my Treebark Jacket, because I can never find in AH, and while in BFD these dropped. I have ran that instance quite a few times for the chest peice, and this is the first time that I have gotten a rare drop like these. I already have them on my twink, with the mystic spell thread so I decided to sell. They usually sell for about 70-80g on my server, so I thought, I'll try to get a little more in the /2t block. So once i got back to Org, i posted them for 110g in /2t. Yeah I know its alot, but you never know. And they weren't for sale in AH at the time, so I figured it was worth a shot. Immediatly after I pos, everyone started to make fun of me, "why would someone pay that for a lvl 17 item", and "you'd be lucky to get 5g for them". I was shocked, were these people just being silly? I looked thier lvl they were both 70's. Then someone mentioned- HELLO TWINK ITEM- and then everyone argued for a minute. Pretty funny, in the end I got 85g for them AH. Just goes to show, even 70's can be noobs.

i got 1 of this in darkshire it drop of a lvl 24 skeletal fiend amazing sold it for 70g +next day found the butcher in Sm 100g now im 43 with mount awsome!

sumwere in the barrens i think

i had these pants untill i was level 46
i could never find anything better at AH or nowere
but finally i found something better and bought abjurer's pants of the eagle
these pants are great ^^

There are no definitive coordinates for these. They are apart of a large list of items classified as "World Drops". This means any mob who is a level 17 or higher (for this item) has a chance to drop them, every single mob. from murlocs to dragon whelplings.

Lol i just got them from a random chest in the wetlands :-) I had to kill the crowd of murlocs patroling the area but once i killed them and opend the chest the first page was all crap then second page i see them and i was like no way lol

I have found two of these off the Webspinners in Stonetalon. Sent one to my Mage and the other to my warlock. Still, some nut thinks he can sell them on Shadow Council for 80g. I don't see a level 17 being able to afford that, especially since WoWEcon recommends 3g. Very strange how blues seem to sell for so much. There has to be someone who will pay it though, or it wouldn't be that price.

This dropped randomly questing in Redridge on my lock today. Currently on AH for 150g! WAAAYYYY overpriced on my server, but god knows IM not complaining!

The 34 hunter friend I was with was mad (FFA loot was on), but he got a little happier after i promised him 20%. >.<

i was in stonetalon mountains, and got swarmed and managed to kill all the mobs on me except one, i was about to die and a hunter came and finished him for me, and ran away and let me loot the body....

.... these breeches dropped, can you say lucky? :D

Two mages questing in Hillsbrad foothills.
A Syndicate shadow mage dropped these and of course I lost the roll.
Well about an hour later I almost dropped my eyes when a Hillsbrad farmhand dropped a second pair of these.
