While unimpressive for a hunter this is a solid ranged weapon for a rogue or warrior. The AP is nice and you get a stamina boost from it.

He said he outrolled the hunter on a ranged weapon... (hunter being a RANGED class). because the hunter outrolled him on dal'rend, (him being a MELEE class). so he did it to piss the moron off, looks like he pissed off another =D

This is NOT a good Hunter gun.... at LVL 60 you have much much better guns Crossbows and bows. I would never roll need on this there are several Green bows and guns that are far better, no good stats.... bottom line if I am a goup and this drops pass... I might roll for greed and DE it for the shard......... that is all it is good for

I am a level 60 Hunter and am hurting for a good gun. I did a guild run recently on Stratholme with the express purpose of getting this weapon. The gun dropped and a ROGUE, from my own guild, rolled "need" on it against me, and won it. I was so angry I could spit. I know there are better guns in the game, but to this point I haven't found them. What is the purpose of running with a guild if they act like a PUG, a greedy PUG at that? Looks like I'll be in the hunt for a new gun and a new guild.

I greed rolled on this gun against 4 other guildies and i won. I wasnt to excited because of the spirit and im a rogue. The next day the patch came out and BOOM no spirit and now it has extra attack power...I guess i will use it.

This is a bit better for warriors than hunters. +8 atp is child's play. Excepting the crit chance, this is equal to only 4 agil. The stam stats on the wep would be good for a warrior.

hunters should focus more on ABB in Scholo or the Gorewood bow quest. I know there are gun happy hunters out there who might like this gun though.

Im lvl 60 (just lvled) and i cant find a ranged weapon better than mine-lvl 53 shotgun. There are too few good weapons for lvls 60 and they are hard to find. So if i will get this gun it would be great.

As a tank this is one of the best weapons you can have, because of the 9 sta. I dont need it for the DPS (it's just for pulling).

As a Dwarf Hunter, i'd be interested in getting a nice gun again, and this one is relatively easy to get.

You stupid newb, ffs, if a hunter needs this gun or any other ranged weapon, since he's the only ranged attacker that does heavily need a good weapon he should get it.
THERE ARE LIKE A THOUSAND DIFRENT MELEE WEPONS, AND OPNLY A FEW RANGED CHECK THOTT; IDIOT!

As this is a good ranged weapon, imo, it's Hunter's first, followed by Warrior (STA), then rogue.

It's probably not the best hunter gun at this level, but ultimately hunters do mainly ranged dmg, therefore they get dibs on this.

I am however looking to get this with my Warrior as i t has slow but high dmg (dps doesn't matter to me), but crucially it also has STA which is a tanks best friend.

It's not very cool looking but:
A) Nice DPS
B) Free drop off of Willey while repeatedly hunting strat for the BS bindings which have never dropped for me in 30 runs to deadside, and 20 runs to liveside.
C) Hunters love Stamina, and MP/HP regeneration is a perk.
D) Agility or Attack Power or Crit would make it godly.
E) Will tide you over until you can get the Xorothian, the FAR(Arcanite), or the CMR(Marksman).

WPH (This gun) was not meant to be to an end-game, end-all be-all weapon, it's something to keep you going until you can afford the mats for a FAR, which is mean to keep you going until you can afford the mats for a CMR/be lucky enough to get a DHC. Everything has a place, so don't flame it. Any level 56 hunter would be happy to have this until they can get an upgrade.

Got this last night on my hunter. Sadly with a Sniper Scope the DPS is only .2 higher than the shell laucher shotgun, which I had previous to obtaining this gun. While the main difference is the stat bonuses, the only thing truly worthwhile about the gun is the name, its just a funy name. It looks pretty terrible and frankly I think I made a bad investment when I purchased a scope for it.
