If you want to keep an item with the same model as this one when you level up, https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=24585 is a good option, though you'll quickly replace it upon reaching roughly level 63-65.

Still, a great item for looks, I keep it with a specific set of gear I use for looking cool, heh :P
(Dreadmist robe, gloves, bracers kentic amice, this item (well the facewrap), and my soul harvester. It may be purple but t looks cool. I guess you could go with https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=10025 for an even more symmetrical look)

I don't really understand why Drakedog ran around with this piece of $%^& when he probably had like an epic helmet with 100% better stats, though I guess he took appearence before stats.
