Incredible DPS cloak. It's worth every bit of DKP you put into this piece. Primarily I would say it goes to rogues first, then followed by hunters, but it really could go either way.

ok, why is everyone saying it's a 'class' cape, when really everything should really be classed as 'spec' items. example with this cape lets break it down.(please note that i dont know the real spec name for everything, so i will just name them as i see fit, with an explination if i deam it nessecary)

57 Armour
everyone gains benifit's from armour, so this doesnt really matter too much.

22 Agility
agility, as i see it, is most important to these 'specs'
All hunters
All rouges
Warriors focusing on fast attacks, dodging, parrying
Druids focusing on being a Cat 24/7

12 Stamina
Stamina ius usefull for everyone . . . duh

6 Nature resistance
Restances (in regards to solo) are useful for everyone, but for high level instances people, i believe it would be more usefull to those who are the 'tank' (usually Warriors, or specific built Paladins)

6 Fire resistance
Same as above

so really, if you take a look at it, this cloak is MOST USEFULL to rouges, hunters, and specific Warriors. That being said, doesnt mean it cant be used by anyone else.

(those of you who feel the need to 'flame' go right ahead, i have made my point)

Unless you are doing AQ a LOT, this is hands down the best back for a hunter. Black Baron and Tiger Hide are both really nice, but this is a definite upgrade to those.
If you have a chance, and can out bid a rogue or warrior, I highly suggest you snagging this while you can because I've been waiting for it to drop for months.
It's too bad it's all fricking white. In my opinion Zulian Tigerhide Cloak is the coolest looking back in the game.

This cloak is laughable, the Cloak of Veiled Shadows comes from AQ20 and is far superior

Clearly 1% hit is better then 4 agility 1 stamina and is much easier attainable (even though rag himself is a joke) and is the superior choice + most guilds don't DKP Aq20 so you can get this free or have to waste DKP for a peice of trash cloak for rogues atleast.

For other classes on the other hand it's a good choice seeing as how you can't get this cloak so Rogues be generous and let the hunters have it.

Hunters want items with attack power now after the patch. They benefit less indeed from agility(even though their crit chance got higher)

now... not saying that a subtlety rogue with at least 41 point does belong in a raid, but if you have 1, he might have +15% to his agility and +10% attack power

22agility= 22*1.15=25,3

25,3*1.10 = 27,83 attack power.

that is 2,53 more attack power than a marksman hunter? I can see both can spend dkp on this. But I think that you should consider the new calculations on hunters and their attack power from their agility.

Also ab cloak has lots more attack power for hunters (and ofcourse rogues) so I see a quite few of them with that 1, and it costs only 6750 honor = farmable in 1-4 days; depending how you play much.

But I just have to say that I disagree totally that hunters should have priority on agility items from now on.

I don't think this cape is any issue to discuss anymore. After the AGI nerf for hunters it's not tasty at all. Yes it gives some 0.8% to crit and 22 ap. The cloak of the unseen path gives you the very same 22 ap from pure equip bonus and 12 more ap and 0.4% to crit from the agility. It also gives you 1% hit chance. Stamina is approximately equal but even here AQ20 cape is 1 point better.

So that's mostly the matter of your manners and relationships inside the guild. Even if I was wearing some green crap on my back I wouldn't have needed on this against a rogue since this very item is in fact the same crap but of purple colour :).

i dont see why a dps warrior cant bid DKP on it :o
they can out damage any class whatsoever so that cape will only boost it even more. everyone else is jealous :|

Agility is not a primary stat for a warrior or half as useful to them as a hunter/rogue. 2/3 of the stats here are agility so a warrior getting it makes no sense whatsoever.

Tired of people who find a way to justify looting on everything.

Roll on it warrior that'll confirm ya as a punk.

take a look at the other cloak Ragnaros drops Ramsin. you will see that this is a rogue /hunter cloak and that the other cloak he drops is the tank cloak.. MUCH higher armor and way more stamina to boost!

Gut guys guys...
This thing drops off ragnaros, to get this youll needa go through all of mc... and beeing in a mc guild i can assure you rolls wont happen its master looter, and a guild leader wants his warriors to be tanks not wanna be rogues so wah wah no cloak for the warrior if this drops...

that IS a hunter-cloak too!

With the talent that you gain 15% more agility this Cloak gives us 25.3 agility and thats 50.6 Attackpower.
So it's as good as the cloak of firemaw.

I'm a rogue, got this last night. It was our second one, and the first went to a warrior. I have no prob with warriors bidding on this, and we let them - if you are familiar with endgame itemization you know Blizz goes out of their way to prevent warrs from gaining crit and agil. It's very hard for an epic geared warrior to get agility. This cloak works fine for them, especially with the big stam and resists.

Hunter, Rogue, or Warrior are all fine for this cloak.

I just got this tonight on my rogue. A little less stamina than the cape I was using before (16sta vs 12sta) but it's a much better DPS upgrade so I am very happy!

I got this one yesterday from Ragnaros.
Warriors were not allowed to bid because:

* Ragnaros also drops Dragons Blood Cape -
a much better cape 4 warriors

* Rouges/hunter have best use for Agi

This is the best Hunter/Rouge cape you can get at the moment

there are warriors with more than 30% crit chance ... that do in a instance 33-35% crits ... which rocks :) rogues dressed in plate. u don`t want to duel them

i salute u pgjensen its rare to see warriors with that good attitude letting that go to hunter or rogue is good to see its their primary stat so a warrior to take that not on at al unless rogues and hunters dont want like all of the raid will have it though you can dream, besides this rogues need more agi than others to get 1% crit chance so first up rogue needs a little more than hunter but i wouldnt mind one bit if hunter got it not that im a rogue just trying to see it from their point
