We shall see really. I mean someone might have it for sale, you can get it like that. However, you might have to wait until the Christmas events start and see if he gives it out again. I hope he gives out last year's recipes again, I'm getting tired of being hit up to make the frost power potions lol

A real nice enchant, considering the skill needed. I hope Blizzard adds other damage types as well. Shadow for Hallow's End would be pretty appropriate.

I don't know for sure if you need to have done the cookies+milk and Metzen quests first, because I'd already done those, but I just completed the Smokey Pastures treats one in Alterac Mountains and after handing in the recovered treats (from killing The Greench) in Orgrimmar I could talk to Great-father Winter again.

He gave me another gift package and inside it was the Formula :).

Got this from the greench quest from the winter veil feast. Sold it at the AH for 110g. I guess that is the perk of being one of the first ones to get it, the prices on silvermoon have dropped to about 30-45g now.

Don't spread false information. IT DOES NOT GLOW. Tested it on Illusionary Rod and Defias Rapier.

As a mid-level frost mage, this is a great enchant for my Zum'rah's Vexing Cane. It would be nice if it had a glow however.

I got this Enchant about 2 weeks ago from the AH on Eonar/Alliance for 75g.
Did this Enchant 2 times and no glow.

I have had this in the bank since Christmas time, and just sold it last night in the AH for 150g.

I just dinged lvl40, so this will pay for my mount :)

It's worth hanging onto seasonal equipment until they are worth much more out of season.

im a lvl 60 lock, lvl 300 enchantrer...how do i get this enchant? is there any other way to get it apart from talking with/questing for father winter?

I just paid 150g for this enchant for my BF (he's a frost mage) to enchant his weapon well he loves the +frost dmg but I can't seem to sell the enchant to anyone else to make my money back off it? I am starting to think I should have just bought him the spellpower enchant....

Found one of these at ah for just 1g, while the other ones were sold for 50-60g. Unfortunately the enchant doesn't seem that useful.

well this enchnat is imba for frost mages because they doo too much frost spells in duel and this things is nice before 35 lvl

hm, would this work on frost spells like frost nova, or blizzard?

For blizzard, if it would work, would it be
-+7 Dmg for every single blast
or
-+7 Dmg for the TOTAL damage of the blizzard

Did the quest with my main and my alt. Got this formule with both chars. Sold 1 for 150g, the other for 175g. I must have been pretty lucky ^^.

sweet new patterns/recipes for christmas stuff. this chant, a LW pattern, gloves of the greatfather, and elixir of frostpower, an alch one.

I posted one for 40g for the hell of it because I figure why not. It's just sittign in my inventory. And the sale happend in a few minutes. So I checked here and wow 150g! lol! I didn't think it was worth that much either but hey, I guess it's just on of those rare enchants to fill up the collection. Well why not? What else you're gonna do with extra gold?

I got the BS enchant too. I went and WTS it on trade channel and some guy asks me if im willing to trade my BS one for the Enchanting one =) yet to sell it tho

This enchant is worth about 10g or less folks. Most with whom I have spoke stated that it's just a perk to have added to your collection of enchants. The mats itself are worth 3g or less. It's a novelty item, nothing more.
