HoJ bonus is pretty good IMO. even at lvl70 only problem are the stats : /
my guess is that this is obtained from getting exalted w/ the Zandalar tribe and having completed all the previous necklace quests

they are crap on this set, what difference is .1 of a second going to make to holy light casting time? coulda made it something a bit more useful like .5secs..

You have 70% hp u heal They do earth shock, You start to heal as fast as ur spell is ready again! Then they will have 0.1 Second left on Earth shock CD! Stop whine this is perfect for pallys and its a 5 set! look at bonuses and stats!

Got the whole set gl with it ;P

I saw something about a new neck for each rep level you have with Zandalar, does anyone know how you go about getting the epic neck?

Do you have to get the crappy neck at frienly then each time you reputation level you get the next one, or do you just wait until exalted to get this neck? Or what?

This item is not rolled on, and does not drop from any mob. It is awarded to you for reaching a certain level of faction with the Zandalar tribe.
At every new Zandalar faction level you are eligible to receive a new amulet from an NPC on Yojamba island. You simply turn in your old amulet, and you are given a new one. The better your faction, the better the amulet:
Friendly: Uncommon amulet
Honored: Rare amulet
Revered: Better Rare amulet
Exlated: Epic amulet

Take the chest piece and the trinkets and thats all. Those items will work well with the pvp set. Especially the Hammer of Justice stun. If you go into protection spec you can lower your hammer of just by 15 sec. With the pvp gear 3 pieces you can lower it another 10. And to top it off with these items you add another .5 to the duration of the stun. That means being able to stun the same person every 28.5 sec. If you ask me that is very devastating for already a hard to kill Pally.(If you don't understand the math here it is. Total you can lower the Pally stun is 25 sec from 1 minute originaly. That leaves a total cool down of 35 sec. Your stun will last 6.5 sec with this trinket. So you have basically 28.5 sec untill you can use it again when dueling one opponent. Not to mention your other shields.

Even a half-second extra of stun comes in handy durin the Sartura and C'Thun fights in AQ.

Getting to Exalted with these guys is a huge pain. The stats on this aren't really any better than the Star of Mystaria. The 0.5 seconds to Hammer of Justice will only marginally help in PvP as most end mobs are immune anyway. There are many better neck pieces out there that take less effort to get. I know that they aren't set pieces but even the set bonus isn't very good with this set. The only one that’s worth it is the last one...but who would wear all 5?..The trinket is horrible.

you should be going for the challenge of the instance. if that isnt enough for you then just do another instance where the rewards meet your standard, and then you dont have to post anything. common sense ftw

forcing us to go over and over and over and over into an instance with 20 other people where the only way to ever so slighty improve our reputation is by out-rolling 19 others for 3 specific coins to turn them in for 50 rep points - that, or destroy a Rare quality item.... which we have to outroll the same 19 others for .... only to get another 50 rep.

World of Grindcraft for the win, since I want that thing :D

ya, its definately not that hard.
best bet is to stash all the coins you get until you peak 1/2 way through revered. only takes a few runs to get to honored. all the other rewards for rep pwn face too. +33 heal shoulder enchant /drool, +18 spell dmg shoulder enchant /drool, +1% melee crit chest that actually has int /drool, you get the picture... /drool

Sorry, but if you take one look at any of the other class rewards, this thing is not even close to on-par with them. Using the warrior Neck as an example:

At least throw us a little MP5 or +heal Blizz, jeez.
