Personally I think this enchant is rather teh suck. Unless you farm the Libram for days, it costs ~200g, 200g + the other materials is quite expensive for so little.
Buff the enchant, or make it cheaper somehow :|
Money is not the problem for me, and I only need x1 Skin of Shadow, and it's mine ;D

My original (noob) question was whether or not this enchant stacked with item stats...indeed, it does. (Hadn't enchanted anything and thot armor kits fit into a different category.)

... or wait for 1.11. In 1.11, they are taking away the Arcanum/Libram requirement, as well as the primal hikkari piece. You will instead need:

1xDrop from Jin'Do or Bloodlord Mandokir
1xPunctured Doll

this is stupid joke.. blizz FOCUS on healing shamans.. its much more harder to find out some good enha shammy equip, then resto shammy..

ehhm..
naxx.. how many do you think ever will come to naxxramas..
its just the most crazy nerds that would play so much that they were able to go to naxxramas..

I can admit that i�m a nerd.. but comon..
"Naxxramas"..
I`m in a guild that clears entire MC and BWL..
but i have no plan on spending that much time on wow that I can go to naxxramas..

And the next noob (nerd aswell) that says that shamans enchantment gear is easy to get if its in Naxxramas- i mean ?#"% &%#"�

this is acquired by gaining faction reputation & collecting items in Zul'Gurub. (go to the island to the north of Grom'Gol for various faction-raising quests. the Vodouisant's Vigilant Embrace itself has to be turned in to a mob in Zul'Gurub)

it requires:
Friendly reputation
1x Primal Hakkari Sash (epic drop from a boss in ZG)
1x Punctured Voodoo Doll: Shaman (collected from a Jinxed Hoodoo Pile in ZG)
1x Arcanum of Focus (from Dire Maul quest = 1x Libram of Focus, 2x Skin of Shadow, 4x Large Brilliant Shard, 1x Pristine Black Diamond)

Glad its not very easy (or cheap) to come by atleast. Shamans are painful enough as it is =)
