The treat bag from which the object originates is received by speaking to an Inn Keeper during the Hallow's End event.

Typically, you receive approximately 4-6 of these at a time. Unlike the masks that drop from the treat bags and some of the other Hallow's End candy, these have no duration.

In case you weren't aware, Candy corn (and other candies, like lollipop and fruitcake) is the only seasonal item that can make a real marked difference on gameplay. Candy corn is a food that provides mana regen. So, eat a piece of candy corn, and pop some conjured crystal water, and the mana regen effects stack! This doesn't work with non-holiday items like Enriched Mana Biscuits, because though a food, the mana biscuits provide both a food and a drink buff. The candy does this in a single buff, so they stack with drink effects.

Candy corn is the only candy in the history of America that's never been advertised. And there's a reason. All of the candy corn that was ever made was made in 1911. And so, since nobody eats that stuff, every year there's a ton of it left over. And the candy corn company sends the guys out into the villages, to collect out of the dumpsters all the candy corn we've thrown away. They wash it! They wash it! I'll never forget the first time my mother gave me candy corn. She said, 'Here Lewis! This is corn that tastes like candy!' (takes it, eats it) ... 'This tastes like crap!' And every year since then, Halloween is returned and I, like an Alzheimer's patient, find myself in a room, and the room has a table in it, and on the table, is a bowl of candy corn. And I look at it, as if I've never seen it before. 'Candy corn,' I think. 'Corn that tastes like candy. I can't wait.' (takes it, takes a bite) 'SON OF A !@#$%!'

Those should be sold by vendors all year 'round.... awesome health + mana regen at the same time... u could have like 40 of these in ur inventory and could quest for days without needing anything else!
