With the Pirate Form you can get a Gnome Form, Undead Form and a Goblin Form ! You can change the form quickly by logout.

This was a fun theme based item recieved during the Hallow's End event around halloween. Allowed you to turn yourself into a pirate, depending on your luck you got to either become a Gnome, Undead, Goblin, appropriately dressed in a pirate costume!.

There were a few other wands like this.
Bat Form
Ghost Form
Random
Ninja Form

Sadly some forms you weren't able to attack or cast spells so you had to remove them when fighting people. Also the previous poster forgot to mention the wisp form :) the best imo!

The treat bag from which the object originates is received by speaking to an Inn Keeper during the Hallow's End event.

Unlike the masks that drop from the treat bags and some of the Hallow's End candy, these have no duration. However, you can only use the wand 5 times before it disappears.

These used to be instant-cast, but now the effect takes 3 seconds to cast onto the selected party member. In pirate form, you can attack and cast spells as well as take damage without the effect wearing off.

I used this wand and it turned me into a pirate like it should, but when I zoned into WSG it changed me into a goblin (which has the best dance ever!) and changed me back when I zoned back out. Any idea why this happened or has it happened to anyone else?

Yeah, the same thing happened to me. Best. Dance Ever.
I turned into a goblin, then logged out. When I logged in again, I was a gnome in a pirate hat. T.T

This was part of the Halloween festival goodies.

I think you said trick or treat to an in keeper and they either turned you into something or gave youa treat bag, the treat bag contained sweets with various buffs, or wands.

I remeber this last year, and we don't get it as a drop of a keeper, its another option just like making this ure new home is or u want to see wat goods he sells, just clikc it and u get a wand, or maybe a pice of candy

:D try stealthing while pirate-ed from a costume, you change into a different pirate. :D

I got hit with the random one by one of my friends and it gave me the female human version of this. (I'm a male NE)

Anyway, I used Dartol's Rod of Transformation on myself and it changed the look. Originally I was wearing the white shirt with ponytail version of the femail pirate, and it turned me into the purple shirt wearing short cropped hair version.

It was good in telling us apart, seeing as I human female pirated him with my random wand, because neither of us wanted to drop the costume, and we were in a instance as well. So there was one white shirt and one purple, both male NE warriors, heh
