Signet of Beckoning: <Element> will summon a Duke of a specific element when in your inventory and you are wearing the Cowl, Robe, and Mantle at a Windstone.

Crest of Beckoning: <Element> will summon a Templar of a specific element when in your inventory and you are wearing the Cowl, Robe, and mantle at a Lesser Windstone.

You obtain Scrolls by turning in 10 Twilight Text to the Hermit (after completing the quest for him) and turning them into Encoded Twilight Text. Later, in the mail you'll find the Scrolls which can be used with other items to create Crests, Signets, etc.

got Crest of Beckoning: Stone
Crest of Beckoning: thunder
scepter of Beckoning: Stone
and dont know what i can do with :confused:

you need to put on the set of gear that drops in sithilus and then use the stone.

1x Twilight Cultist Mantle, 1x Twilight Cultist Cowl, 1x Twilight Cultist Robe, 1x Crest of Beckoning: Stone

= Summon Templar

cant seem to make the crests work, the do on the medium bosses, but on the biggest i dont get the choice of summon :x

got all these other crests EXCEPT the fire one.. probably better off just not turning it in for the crests since they seem about as random as when you just summon the templars normally

Basically if you turn in 10xEncrypted Twilight Texts to the hermit in the cave (the ex-cultist member fellow) he can mail you a scroll that creates one of these. When one is in your inventory you have a different chat option when speaking with a stone that will guarantee a certain Templar.

The hermit will also mail you a decryption that tells you part of the Silithus story.

But how people actualy get these crests?
I really need those fire ones for dagger farming because that saves tons of cultist sets and time.

Here is how the summons at Silithus windstones work:

The summon has 2 properties: A) Difficulty and B) Elemental Type.

A) Windstone type dictates difficulty of the summon (easy to hard: Templar => Duke => Royal).

You need a full Twilight Trappings set to summon a templar at a lesser windstone.
You need a full Twilight Trappings set + Twilight Cultist Medallion of Station to summon a duke at a windstone.
You need a full Twilight Trappings set + Twilight Cultist Medallion of Station + Twilight Cultist Ring of Lordship to summon a royal at a greater windstone.

B) Crest/Signet/Scepter remove randomness of elemental type of the summon (Air, Earth, Fire, Water). Type of element after crest/signet/scepter controls elemental type of the summon. Without crest/signet/scepter, elemental type of the summon will be random.

Type of item is linked to difficulty level of the summon.

Crest controls => Summon Templar from a lesser windstone in Silithus
Signet controls => Summon Duke from a windstone in Silithus
Scepter controls => Summon Royal from a greater windstone in Silithus
