AFAIK, green quality Abyssal items drop from the summoned Abyssal Templars and blue-quality Abyssal items drop from the summoned Abyssal Dukes.

The shoulders drop from High Marshal Whirlaxis. He's one of the elemental lords that you summon from a Greater Wind Stone at the Twilight Camps.

It takes quite some time in order to be friendly. Once you are, then you need the items to summon a few templars, get 3 crests from them and turn it in for a medalion, get another set of clothes and then you can summon a duke. A VERY long process. And my group of 5 wiped at the duke. Is this a raid maybe?

ok the freeking dukes are 5 man easy druid/pally good tank hunter and rogue if druid is resto then dont reallyneed pally lock for curse better.............its not hard at all lords are 25man eassy..

They have a suffix on them, my guess is it'll be an "of Striking" among others, which is like 15 agi, 15 str, and 10 stamina, or something like that.

For striking, it's like 16 str/sta/agi, I forget exactly what, plus 1% to hit? That's incredibly good. How many shoulders in the game are there that are better than that for end-game raiding on level 62-63 mobs?
