I suspect these are the same a the Bijou from ZG, they're just nicely labeled as which classes can use them now. I haven't been into ZG since the patch but I believe the Primal Hakkari items (and possibly the bijous) are labeled now as well.

HOW TO AQUIRE: TIER 2.5 HEAD

Gain Friendly reputation status with The Brood of Nozdormu.
Accept your class quest from Andorgos inside The Temple Ahn'Qiraj (AQ40). She's located in a side room just beyond The Prophet Skeram.
Kill Emperor Vek'nilash and loot the Qiraji token: Vek'nilash's Circlet.
Collect the right amount/type of Idols and Scarabs needed, either buy them from the auction house or loot from trash / Large Scarab Coffers.
Complete the quest!
