Quite easily obtained by looting the head of the final boss in AQ20, this neck is a personal favorite of many healers, although a few have said Pendant of the Fallen Dragon https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=19371 to be better simply because of the Mp5.

Unless you're getting the healer necklace from C'Thun, this is the best necklace for healing you are going to see pre-70.

why not stats like dps caster one and instead of dmg/heal, heal only or some heal and mana reg.
i will take the dps one for pvp and ait for vem neck.

its got good healing and decent regen. Pop bout 15-20 stam on this sucka and it be a keepeh. But as it stands now, this thing sux compared to
Charm of the Shifting Sands cuz i mean seriously, there are times when priests or healers need to be able to defend against an attacker and spell damage and healing is way better in such cases

Stats like stamina are neglibigle when your in a 20 - 40 man raid and a healer because like he said, you shouldnt get hit. The +healing and mana regen on this neck is awesome and there are few other neck pieces I would trade it for. Even in BWL.

I'm gonna keep this until I get Angelista's Charm from AQ40 (unfortunately my guild is a little lazy and we skip the Trio most of the time.

This is one of the four rewards for turning in the Head of Ossirian the Unscarred, the final bosss of the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj (aka AQ20)

Like the Heads of Onyxia/Nefarian/Broodlord Lashlayer and the Heart of Hakkar, this is a One-Kill-One-Drop-One-Turnin item.
