You get these bags from completing the quests handed out in Silithus. The bags contain some Major Mana and Healing potions, some food and water, and a random green item.

I'd say about 10% of the time this bag has a blue item in it along with 20 roasted quail, 20 morning glory dew, 4 major healing potions, 2 major mana potions, and 1 or 2 green items.

When you kill a Colossal in each of the hives a quest NPC spawns, talk to him to get the quest.

i got same 4 mana/health pots..20 quails/morning dew

then i got 1 lvl 56 green item..and another one was a shield Aegis of Stormwind

I did the three fedex quests, and got 2 blue (Orb of Deception and some crossbow), 3 high-level green, and a bunch of food and potions. simply the most profitable quest I have EVER been on!

Previously, someone said you have to complete the quests handed out in silithus to be able to do these new quests. My question is, do u have to complete ALL the quests, instances and all, or just some of them. Thanks

This was only available during the AQ event, as the colloses' only were around at that time.
