When I used it I got +250 health for 30 mins, so use it when you really need it :)

This must be used in a cluster launcher (not a normal one) during the specified holiday other wise it is unusable.

Also gives a +250 health boost to any people who are in the general vicinity which lasts for 30 minutes.

Use with care.

When i trowed it in the rocket launcher it gave me a +250 HP buff. Funny, not very usefull though

Not sure if you noticed, but the +250 health buff is given to everyone in the vicinity... since the cluster launcher can be made by engineers, it might be possible to bring a launcher into raid instances and buff the entire raid group with this before boss fights. That could add up to +10000 health to a 40 man raid group!

can anyone confirm that the entire raid gets this buff if they stand close enough? (have 7 that i'm saving for BWL attempts)

The lucky rockets buff everyone in the vicinity. However, the cluster launcher that engineers can make can only be placed outside. However, if you still have lucky rockets, this is a good choice for ZG.

I used it too and I got the +250 Health. That might be the only one, or at least the most common.

When you visit the elders, they'll send you mail with these rockets in them. Launch them to get 30-minute buffs - I just tried one and got +250 health. I am unsure whether there are other buffs or if this is the only one - didn't want to waste them on finding out! :)

One Lucky Red Envelope will be sent to your mailbox for every Elder throughout Azeroth you talk to.
It can contain one of two items: Lucky Rocket Cluster or Elder's Moonstone.
Use the rocket near a launcher and you will receive a +250 health buff that will last for 30 minutes!
Engineers can create the launcher with Schematic: Cluster Launcher so you're able to get the buff all year around.

WARNING: When you right-click this item in the Lunar Festival area, it goes into the nearest cluster launcher within 20-30 yards. But the radius of the buff given off by launching it is LESS than this distance. It is possible to throw it into a cluster launcher SO FAR AWAY that you won't get the buff!

So make sure you're standing right next to a cluster launcher when you use this.
