They really need to boost the drop rate for this and the +35 agility enchant... there's not enough mobs with this on their loot tables to justify the rediculously low drop rate. I've run arc plenty of times and neither of these patterns have turned up.

Absolutely the best crafted source for Prismatic Shards. The materials aren't cheap granted, however it's a guaranteed shard on every disenchantment. My mage who is a tailor and enchanter is making more money on selling shards this way than performing enchants for people.

I simply take my mage somewhere with level 64 - 66 humanoids (ogres are great) and go nuts for a few hours. The time will be well spent though, because as you farm you will have money, Netherweave Cloth and random green items drop. I disenchant the greenies into Arcane Dusts and form the Netherweave Cloth into bolts. The money you farmed will cover the cost of thread and you will in the end have a shard that's worth, +30g on the Auction House (on my realm at least).

It is true that this is a great way to get money. If you have bundles of netherweave cloth, you can make netherweave robes and disenchant them for 3-5 arcane dust, then you use that dust to make these. I just made about 50 gold selling 2 of these items. Then I DEed them and made about 1000 gold from the 50 shardings or so.

Netherweave tunic is probably better up to 360 even though it's yellow. This one uses loads of expensive arcane dust.

Dropped for me in the Arcatraz, not sure what mob it was off, although I don't think it was a boss.

Does anyone know where this recipe drops?

This appears to be the ideal recipe to use to level tailoring from 350 to about 362.

Dropped 2 times on one arcatraz guild run. Lucky we had also 2 tailors along... both drops from random mob, other was elite bot.
