1) All ring enchantments make "Bind when Equipped" rings Soulbound.
2) All ring enchantments are enchanters only. You can't sell ring enchantments in any form (Formulas are "Bind on Pickup", Rings become soul bounded, and can not be traded within the trade screen.
3) Requires a level 35 (or higher) Ring.

Enchant Ring - Weapon Might (Enchant Ring - Striking): If you're a rogue or a druid you can sneak past the mobs inside Karazhan - only if the instance has been clean of most mobs. On the second story, there's a group of stealth seeing mobs. I piggy-backed on a friend's saved instance and got the formula ... after getting lost for an hour.

Acording to my own calculations its worth 11ap with 2,7speed wep. And i hope thats not correct (and i doubt it is), if it is, this enchant realy isnt worth the trouble.

Ythyar is, as his NPC listing says, in Karazhan - just to the right of the door leading to the chess event (past all the trash for Illhoof, Aran and Netherspite.)

To return trash free, you need to kill all three bosses.

The damage per second (DPS) this adds to a weapon is the 2 damage divided by the weapon speed of your weapon. It normally takes 14 attack power (AP) to add 1 DPS to your weapon.

To calculate the attack AP this enchant is worth, take the 2 weapon damage, divide it by the weapon speed of your weapon, and multiply it by 14.

Examples:
1.0 speed (cat druid): 2 / 1.0 * 14 = 28 AP
1.6 speed (tank weapon): 2 / 1.6 * 14 = 17.5 AP
1.8 speed (dagger rogue): 2 / 1.8 * 14 = 15.56 AP
2.5 speed (bear druid): 2 / 2.5 * 14 = 11.2 AP
2.6 speed (sinister strike rogue): 2 / 2.6 * 14 = 10.77 AP
3.6 speed (mortal strike warrior): 2 / 3.6 * 14 = 7.77 AP

On two rings this can offer a significant boost that no non-enchanters can obtain. However in many cases it is not quite as good as actual attack power, strength or agility. Any special abilities or buffs that depend on attack power or stats do not benefit from it (bloodthirst, shamanistic rage, unleashed rage, blessing of kings, heart of the wild, vitality, and many more.)

For rogues, I'd suggest this over the +4allstats enchant, especially dagger rogues can benefit from this quite a lot, and if you're Mutilate specced, this will really shine. Note that Mutilate counts as two attacks, both hits SHOULD get a +4 damage boost (assuming you take the enchant on both of your rings). Meaning that every mutilate gets a nice boost of +8 damage (not sure if the offhand +weapon damage is lowered), and crits gain an extra 16 (17-18 with leathality). It really can't be bad.

This does work on Ranged attacks as hunters do physical damage, save for arcane shot, and the stings which are i beleave magical and elemental respectively.

in order to use these enchants you actually have to be an enchanter, and any rings you enchant with this becomes soulbound :(, good news if you are an enchanter, however i have heard a rumor that they plan to change this....not certain though

Anyone know what enchanting rod is needed to cast this?

You need Runed Adamantite Rod to cast this enchant, I think. I do not got the enchant recipe myself (only Honored) but you don't need any new rod untill 375, for Mongoose, Executioner ect.
