Considered the best tanking neck piece in the game, it is better than Gluth's Missing Collar (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=22981) and a massive upgrade for those still using Master Dragonslayer's Medallion (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=19383).

offers everything you need and nothing sucked away by non-tanking stats like Conqueror armor. the +hit is very nice because you don't hit bosses that well, so helps with agro generation. I hope we see more +def items with a % to hit, that would make really nice PVE gear that wouldn't overpower warriors in PVP.

The +1% to hit makes this a really nice piece.

Pretty big upgrade if you ask me. Tanks are starving for some good +hit gear without decreasing other abilities.

Editted to fix something, agility does give +2 AC per point, whereas strength gives +2 AP per.
