Someone said the Dreamweave Vest was one of the ugliest chest pieces in the game (or something to that effect) which I didn't exactly agree to. This time however, I definately agree. 15 stam on a chest sucks (Robe of the Archmage has more intel) and if you're using the NR for an instance, bring a Hunter and have him/her use Aspect of the Wild instead. 12 spell damage is nice and all, but a good pair of gloves or bracers could be enchanted for more.

Nice and fairly easy to get.

I think this is the best NR chest piece for leather wearers too.

The Bloodfang chestpiece has 10 NR on it. and alot more stats.

He, he. This vest is (still; 1.12.1) bugged. Though it's only the sound. When you equip it it sounds like you're wearing mail armour.

List of Nature Resist Pieces NOT Coming with Phase 5

Blizzard has released a list of Nature Resist pieces that ARE NOT coming with Phase 5 and the Ahn'Qiraj War Effort.
These pieces were introduced in Naxx to help guilds clear AQ40, so they don't have a place in P5 at the start.
Blizzard is evaluating when to add them.

"Overall, the nature-resist gear that was released in original WoW in patch 1.11 was catch-up gear.
It was released along with Naxxramas to help close the gap for guilds who were still dealing with trying to get certain pieces from Green Dragons and Maraudon because they were stuck on Princess Huhuran.

To be specific, here’s a list of pieces that are not in WoW Classic 1.13.5:
