This pattern is sold by the General Trade Goods Vendor in Cenarion Hold. She stands right next to the NPC that you hand the Field Duty quest in to (opposite the moonwell).

The same vendor also sells the patterns for the matching shoulders and vest, aswell as a 20 NR cloak.

You need certain reputation with Cenarion Circle to be able to craft this and the rest of the set pieces too.

No paladin should ever take physical damage in "NR check" encounters, so +def plates are a waste when this would help them heal. Same for druids I'd presume. And same goes for the Sylvan chest piece and shoulders. And same goes for FR gear (at least for serious raiders).

what does this look like? Im a rogue but don't like how brablewood looks like so was thinking about getting this. any1 have any ideas?

My Girlfriend was given a Glowing BW Staff from our Guild Master a while back, when she was 52. Now she's 60, and one of our Guilds MH in Raids. When we go finght Buru, we have been having trouble from the Mass Nature Damage from his DoT. I'm working on getting her the whole Sylvan set, and Bramblewood Set. Obviously get her some Int/Mana Chants. She's workin on rep so she can make these herself, (300 Tailor/Chanter).

But I was looking at it and thinking, with the Pants from the Armaments quest, Sylvan Crown, Shoulders, Chest and Bramblewood Belt and Boots, with band of Cenarius...

184 Nature Resistance. Plus a Druid Buff 204, Plus a Hunter buff, 264? I don't remember if it stacks with Druid Buff... so either like 264 or 244 NR.

List of Nature Resist Pieces NOT Coming with Phase 5

Blizzard has released a list of Nature Resist pieces that ARE NOT coming with Phase 5 and the Ahn'Qiraj War Effort.
These pieces were introduced in Naxx to help guilds clear AQ40, so they don't have a place in P5 at the start.
Blizzard is evaluating when to add them.

"Overall, the nature-resist gear that was released in original WoW in patch 1.11 was catch-up gear.
It was released along with Naxxramas to help close the gap for guilds who were still dealing with trying to get certain pieces from Green Dragons and Maraudon because they were stuck on Princess Huhuran.

To be specific, here’s a list of pieces that are not in WoW Classic 1.13.5:
