These are actually great for unexpected world pvp. They are free and soulbound, so might as well use them.

Visually it looks like a bubble. The enemy will never expect you to use them and will be confused when you do.

I haven't tested this, but it is possible that the protection from Fel Blossoms isn't affect by healing effect reductions, such as the debuff from Blood Fury, which might make this better in some situations; keeping you alive until the debuff wears off and you can heal.

This item is a damage absorber and is unrelated to healing debuffs.

Something else you forgot.

"Fel Blossom" Buff abosorbes damage that means this damage won't interrupt any of your spells.

If you are serious about maxing out all cooldowns in game you should forget about this one and go https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=32578 instead.

2000 heal, same CD as this one and stackable. No reason to become a herbalist imo...

I wanted to add the note that my bear druid used one of these and was shifted out of bear form immediately. Good thing I was testing it before trying it in an instance.

This is similar to a Priest's Power Word: Shield and it doesn't share cooldown with it. Great for non-stop spell casting ;)

Does share with healthstone, and I imagine it does with mage citrines as well like the tubers from felwood.

Absolutely useless, at least for a frost mage like myself. shared cooldowns with gems/HS, and prevents less damage for a shorter period of time than my ice barrier. Hmm, prevent 1000 damage for 15 secs, or prevent 1500 for 1 minute? I guess if you're a rogue or warrior this wouldn't be bad, but personally I throw the damn things out as soon as I get them. If they weren't soulbound I'd love them.

As of patch 2.3 they will not be soulbound. But they will require 275 herbalism to use.

Confirmed, its not bound anymore, on my server they are sold around 15G for 20 (http://www.wowwiki.com/Fel_Blossom)

I just LOVE this item for my paladin! It's awesome to rush as a palatank with that :-D
