Sharpening stones, weightstones and wizard oil does not stack with rockbiter weapon or any other elemental weapon.

If you mean does it augment pallies DPS, then yes. Note your DPS will still be similar to that of a level 10 NE in Teldrassil.

I applied 1 to each of my weapons and then went to fight some of the scourge during the invasion and it did not affect Serpent Sting or Arcane shot. Both of those last time I checked were affected by +spell damage or so I thought.

Does anybody know if this or the sharpening stone are stackable with Rockbiter or other shaman weapon buffs?

Vs. Brilliant Wizard Oil this stuff is about the same (if 24 sp = 1 crit). The problem is that it is very rare to be fighting strictly undead for an hours (even in Nax). Just think, the spider section is full of BEASTS. So unless you are sure that you are ONLY fighting undead then this stuff isn't that great. It is cheaper than the Wizard Oil though so maybe in the Military Quarter...?
